【摘要】:隨著我國交通事業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,國家在公路基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)中的投入越來越大,全國各級(jí)路網(wǎng)建設(shè)已經(jīng)形成。公路網(wǎng)中橋梁作為交通樞紐的重要組成部分是公路交通運(yùn)輸通暢的命脈之一。橋梁建成以后,受氣候、溫度、降雨等自然因素以及車輛、經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展等社會(huì)因素導(dǎo)致橋梁出現(xiàn)大面積的不同層級(jí)的老化及各種病害,導(dǎo)致材料的逐漸腐蝕老化和結(jié)構(gòu)損傷累加,使橋梁的健康狀況和承載能力隨著時(shí)間逐漸降低,從而產(chǎn)各種病害。在這些不同病害級(jí)別的橋梁中,一旦不能夠及時(shí)的排查并消除它的安全隱患就會(huì)引起交通事故。因此需要對不同年份、不同地區(qū)、不同氣候、不同交通流密度的公路橋梁進(jìn)行分類分級(jí)別的健康檢測是非常有必要的且意義重大。鑒于橋梁數(shù)量增加和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)種類繁多、技術(shù)復(fù)雜、管理養(yǎng)護(hù)不到位,今后路網(wǎng)管理中橋梁健康檢查是必不可少的,根據(jù)健康檢測診斷損傷和典型病害的結(jié)果制定相應(yīng)對策提出合理化的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理手段,對于保障橋梁安全極為必要。目前國內(nèi)橋梁檢測主要通過外觀檢測,無損檢測和承載能力檢測三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行定期健康檢測。本文主要以京哈吉林段高速公路梁橋及吉林繞城高速蘭旗大橋(斜拉橋)檢測為例,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行公路橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范和現(xiàn)行公路技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法,立足于工程實(shí)際,深入分析了大型橋梁檢測評(píng)估方法,另外對橋梁的技術(shù)狀況進(jìn)行綜合分析評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)分析結(jié)果進(jìn)而對橋梁運(yùn)營提出合理的意見同時(shí)對橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's transportation industry, the national investment in highway infrastructure is increasing, and the national road network construction at all levels has been formed. As an important part of traffic hub in highway network, bridge is one of the lifelines of smooth highway transportation. After the bridge was built, due to natural factors such as climate, temperature, rainfall and social factors such as vehicles, rapid economic development, and so on, the bridge appeared a large area of different levels of aging and various diseases. As a result of the gradual corrosion and aging of materials and the accumulation of structural damage, the health status and bearing capacity of the bridge gradually decreased with time, resulting in various diseases. In these bridges with different disease levels, traffic accidents will be caused if it can not be checked and eliminated in time. Therefore, it is necessary and significant to classify and classify the health of highway bridges in different years, different regions, different climates and different traffic density. In view of the increase in the number of bridges, the wide variety of bridge structures, the complexity of technology and the inadequate management and maintenance of bridges, it is essential for health inspection of bridges in road network management in the future, According to the results of health detection and diagnosis of injuries and typical diseases, it is very necessary to make corresponding countermeasures and put forward reasonable maintenance and management measures to ensure the safety of bridges. At present, the bridge detection in China is carried out through three aspects: appearance inspection, nondestructive testing and carrying capacity testing. In this paper, taking the girder bridge of Beijing-Harbin Jilin section expressway and the Lanqi Bridge (cable-stayed bridge) around the city of Jilin Province as examples, combining with the current highway bridge maintenance code and the current evaluation standard method of highway technical condition, the paper bases itself on the engineering practice. In this paper, the methods of detecting and evaluating large bridges are deeply analyzed, and the technical conditions of bridges are analyzed and evaluated synthetically. According to the analysis results, reasonable opinions on bridge operation are put forward and appropriate suggestions on bridge maintenance are given.
