【摘要】:廢舊陶瓷是陶瓷生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的廢料,大量的廢瓷的堆積對環(huán)境造成巨大危害。本文將廢舊陶瓷用于生產(chǎn)道路磚,變廢為寶,進(jìn)行二次利用,減少了對環(huán)境的污染,同時節(jié)省了礦產(chǎn)資源,對環(huán)境和礦產(chǎn)資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。燒結(jié)道路磚適用于北方等冰雪天氣較多的地域,免燒道路磚適用于南方雨水比較充沛的地域。由于廢瓷粉的化學(xué)組成與高嶺土相差不大,大量摻入不會對燒結(jié)道路磚造成不良影響,對免燒道路磚可以起到骨料的作用。因此本論文對廢瓷再利用制作燒結(jié)道路磚和免燒道路磚進(jìn)行研究。本論文研究對于廢舊陶瓷的資源化再利用,使之變廢為寶,同時擴(kuò)大道路磚生產(chǎn)的原料來源,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文的研究重點(diǎn)是利用廢舊陶瓷制作燒結(jié)道路磚和免燒道路磚,主要內(nèi)容如下:1、對道路磚所需的原料進(jìn)行化學(xué)礦物分析,并對廢舊陶瓷制作道路轉(zhuǎn)的工藝流程以及性能測試方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述。2、對燒結(jié)道路磚和免燒道路磚進(jìn)行了初步試驗(yàn),確定制備性能較好的道路磚顆粒級配要均勻、廢瓷粉摻入量在50%左右;燒結(jié)道路磚燒結(jié)溫度為1250℃左右、保溫時間在1.5h左右;免燒道路磚減水劑摻量為0.2%左右。3、對燒結(jié)道路磚的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化試驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)了兩次正交試驗(yàn),最后得最優(yōu)方案為廢瓷粉顆粒級配廢瓷粉顆粒級配為2000-500μm55%、500-300μm35%、300-75μm10%,廢瓷粉摻入量45%、燒結(jié)溫度1200℃、保溫時間1h。按最優(yōu)方案制備出的燒結(jié)道路的磚抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為19.98MPa和32.56MPa、顯氣孔率為38.89%、吸水率為20.21%、磨損率為1.05%、透水系數(shù)為1.26×10-2cm/s。4、對免燒道路磚的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化試驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)了兩次正交試驗(yàn),最后得最優(yōu)方案為:廢瓷粉顆粒級配為2000-500μm85%、500-300μm10%、300-75μm5%,廢瓷粉摻入量為35%、減水劑摻量為0.17%。按最優(yōu)方案制備出的免燒道路磚的磚抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為11.27MPa和58.77MPa、顯氣孔率為40.26%、吸水率為22.35%、磨損率為1.54%、透水系數(shù)為1.83×10-2cm/s。
[Abstract]:Waste ceramics are wastes produced in the process of ceramic production. The accumulation of a large number of waste ceramics causes great harm to the environment. In this paper, the waste ceramics are used to produce road brick, to turn waste into treasure, to make secondary use, to reduce the pollution to the environment, and to save mineral resources, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of environment and mineral resources. Sintered road bricks are suitable for the regions with more snow and ice weather in the north, and non-burning road bricks for the areas with abundant Rain Water in the south. Because the chemical composition of waste porcelain powder is not different from that of kaolin a large amount of addition will not cause adverse effect on sintered road brick and can play an aggregate role in non-burning road brick. In this paper, the sintering road brick and the non-burning road brick are studied. The research in this paper is of great practical significance for the reuse of waste ceramics and the expansion of raw materials for road brick production. The research emphasis of this paper is to make sintered road brick and non-burning road brick from waste ceramics. The main contents are as follows: 1. Chemical and mineral analysis of raw materials needed for road brick is carried out. The process flow and performance test method for road turning of waste ceramics are described in detail. The primary tests on sintered road brick and non-fired road brick are carried out to determine that the grain gradation of road brick with good preparation performance should be uniform.
