【摘要】:交通是社會(huì)發(fā)展的基石,是城市發(fā)展的支撐。隨著我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速成長(zhǎng),機(jī)動(dòng)車的數(shù)量正在急劇增加,許多城市都出現(xiàn)了交通擁堵,正在影響著城市的健康發(fā)展?焖俾纷鳛槌鞘械缆肪W(wǎng)的骨架,能夠滿足城市居民的快速出行,快速路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)已成為解決城市交通問題的重要措施。長(zhǎng)沙作為湖南省會(huì),城市交通現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,交通健康發(fā)展任重道遠(yuǎn)。目前,長(zhǎng)沙城市的快速路不成系統(tǒng),規(guī)模與布局滿足不了交通需求,立交節(jié)點(diǎn)等都有待完善,尤其是部分新建道路,跨江、河橋梁的近期建設(shè)達(dá)不到遠(yuǎn)期快速路的改造標(biāo)準(zhǔn);诖,文章選擇研究長(zhǎng)沙城市的快速路網(wǎng)。論文首先提出長(zhǎng)沙建設(shè)城市快速路的必要性。根據(jù)長(zhǎng)沙城市的現(xiàn)狀,通過對(duì)城市交通的分析與評(píng)價(jià),預(yù)測(cè)規(guī)劃年末的機(jī)動(dòng)車交通,根據(jù)“供需平衡法”對(duì)城市快速路網(wǎng)規(guī)模進(jìn)行合理取值。依據(jù)城市快速路規(guī)劃布局的理論與方法,結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙城市的總體規(guī)劃,通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙城市的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域進(jìn)行分析與探討,得到長(zhǎng)沙城市的快速路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案。對(duì)城市立交節(jié)點(diǎn)與出入口進(jìn)行功能分析,根據(jù)立交設(shè)置的原則與選型的要求,對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市快速路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃布置。評(píng)價(jià)快速路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案。采用模糊評(píng)價(jià)的方法,通過對(duì)技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、環(huán)境等方面的指標(biāo)值進(jìn)行評(píng)估,得到長(zhǎng)沙城市快速路網(wǎng)合理規(guī)劃方案,指導(dǎo)城市路網(wǎng)建設(shè),提高道路使用效率。
[Abstract]:Traffic is the cornerstone of social development and the support of urban development. With the rapid growth of urban economy in China, the number of motor vehicles is increasing rapidly, and many cities are experiencing traffic congestion, which is affecting the healthy development of cities. As the skeleton of urban road network, expressway can meet the rapid travel of urban residents. The construction of expressway has become an important measure to solve urban traffic problems. Changsha as a Hunan Province, the status of urban traffic is not optimistic, the healthy development of traffic is a long way to go. At present, the expressway of Changsha city is not systematic, the scale and layout can not meet the traffic demand, and the interchange nodes need to be improved, especially the recent construction of some newly built roads, across rivers and rivers can not reach the long-term expressway reconstruction standard. Based on this, the article chooses to study the expressway network of Changsha city. Firstly, the paper puts forward the necessity of constructing urban expressway in Changsha. According to the present situation of Changsha city, through the analysis and evaluation of urban traffic, the motor vehicle traffic at the end of the planning year is forecasted, and the scale of urban expressway road network is reasonably chosen according to "supply and demand balance method". According to the theory and method of urban expressway planning and layout, combined with the overall planning of Changsha city, through the analysis and discussion of the key areas of Changsha city, the plan of expressway network planning of Changsha city is obtained. The function of urban interchange nodes and entrances are analyzed. According to the principle of interchange setting and the requirements of type selection, the nodes of Changsha Expressway network planning scheme are planned and arranged. Evaluate the plan of expressway network planning. By using the method of fuzzy evaluation, through evaluating the index values of technology, economy, society, environment and so on, the rational planning scheme of Changsha urban expressway network is obtained, which can guide the construction of urban road network and improve the efficiency of road use.
