班輪聯(lián)盟海運(yùn)空箱調(diào)運(yùn)問題研究

【摘要】:集裝箱運(yùn)輸作為一種先進(jìn)的、高效的運(yùn)輸方式,伴隨世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易一體化進(jìn)程,集裝箱運(yùn)輸逐漸變成了班輪運(yùn)輸?shù)拇~。集裝箱運(yùn)輸自身的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢決定著集裝箱運(yùn)輸必然成為國際貿(mào)易的主要運(yùn)輸手段。然而伴隨著集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)目焖侔l(fā)展,集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)對集裝箱班輪公司整體盈利能力的影響越來越明顯,許多班輪公司表示集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)方面存在的問題是阻礙其開拓市場步伐的原因之一。集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)問題成為各班輪公司面臨的棘手問題,如何合理地、高效地調(diào)運(yùn)空箱對班輪公司經(jīng)營狀況的改善、運(yùn)輸成本的降低至關(guān)重要。近年來,受國際貿(mào)易以及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇緩慢、班輪運(yùn)力持續(xù)增長的影響,班輪運(yùn)輸市場整體低迷,供過于求,運(yùn)力過剩情況嚴(yán)重。為應(yīng)對困難,班輪企業(yè)間通過資源合作、聯(lián)營等方式加強(qiáng)合作,組建班輪聯(lián)盟,互相取長補(bǔ)短,提高聯(lián)盟資源利用率,尋求降低單獨(dú)風(fēng)險和運(yùn)營成本,在合作當(dāng)中尋求共贏。集裝箱空箱調(diào)運(yùn)過程是復(fù)雜的過程,是涉及多種運(yùn)輸方式的動態(tài)的離散的過程。本文將在分析集裝箱調(diào)運(yùn)流程的基礎(chǔ)上從班輪聯(lián)盟的角度研究集裝箱海運(yùn)空箱調(diào)運(yùn)問題,班輪聯(lián)盟內(nèi)各班輪公司通過空箱互租以及艙位互租的形式進(jìn)行合作空箱調(diào)運(yùn),空箱互租費(fèi)率由班輪聯(lián)盟內(nèi)各班輪公司共同制定,艙位互租費(fèi)率為各班輪公司在特定航線上的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)成本。以決策期內(nèi)班輪聯(lián)盟獲取空箱而支出的總成本最小化為目標(biāo),考慮到空箱供給能力、船舶運(yùn)力、空箱堆存能力等限制條件,建立了班輪聯(lián)盟海運(yùn)空箱調(diào)運(yùn)優(yōu)化模型。本文在建模過程中充分考慮了各班輪公司不同時刻在不同港口的確定型空箱需求和隨機(jī)型空箱需求,符合空箱調(diào)運(yùn)問題的隨機(jī)性、動態(tài)性特征,使得模型更貼近實(shí)際。本文模型的有效性和適用性在最后通過算例得以驗(yàn)證。模型求得的空箱調(diào)運(yùn)方案將為班輪聯(lián)盟空箱調(diào)運(yùn)工作提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an advanced and efficient mode of transport, container transport has gradually become synonymous with liner shipping along with the process of integration of world economy and trade. The characteristics and advantages of container transportation determine that container transportation must become the main means of international trade. However, with the rapid development of container transportation, the impact of empty container transportation on the overall profitability of container liner companies is becoming more and more obvious. Many liner companies say problems with empty containers are one of the obstacles to their market expansion. The problem of empty container transportation has become a thorny problem faced by various liner companies. How to reasonably and efficiently transfer empty containers is of great importance to the improvement of the operating conditions and the reduction of transportation costs of the liner companies. In recent years, due to the slow recovery of international trade and the global economy, and the sustained growth of liner shipping capacity, the overall liner transport market is depressed, supply exceeds demand, and the excess capacity is serious. In order to deal with difficulties, liner companies strengthen cooperation by means of resource cooperation and joint venture, form liner alliance, complement each other, improve the utilization ratio of alliance resources, seek to reduce individual risks and operating costs, and seek win-win results in cooperation. The empty container dispatching process is a complex process and a dynamic discrete process involving a variety of transportation modes. Based on the analysis of container transfer process, this paper studies the problem of container empty container transfer from the point of view of liner alliance. The liner companies in the liner alliance carry out cooperative empty container transfer through the form of empty container rental and space rental. The rate of empty container mutual lease is set by each liner company in the liner alliance, and the rate of space mutual lease is the empty container transfer cost of each liner company on a specific route. With the objective of minimizing the total cost of the liner alliance to obtain empty containers during the decision-making period and considering the limited conditions such as empty container supply capacity, ship capacity and empty container storage capacity, an optimal model for shipping empty container dispatching of liner alliance is established. In the course of modeling, this paper fully considers the deterministic empty container demand and the random empty container demand of each liner company at different times in different ports, which accord with the randomness and dynamic characteristics of empty container dispatching problem, and make the model more close to the reality. The validity and applicability of the model are verified by a numerical example. The model will provide the decision-making basis for the operation of empty container in liner alliance.
