考慮隔熱層的高巖溫隧道溫度場和應(yīng)力場分布規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:高巖溫?zé)岷栴}是深埋隧道面臨的難點問題之一。高巖溫不僅會惡化施工環(huán)境、影響施工材料的選擇和混凝土的耐久性等,高溫帶來的溫度應(yīng)力還會引起襯砌的開裂和圍巖的變形等。為分析高巖溫作用下隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和圍巖的溫度場、應(yīng)力場分布規(guī)律,根據(jù)簡化的理論模型,建立了隧道的熱傳導(dǎo)方程和平衡方程,并利用量綱歸一化和微分方程級數(shù)求解的方法得到了隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和圍巖的溫度場、位移場、應(yīng)力場的解析解。以典型的高原地?zé)崴淼?拉日鐵路吉沃希嘎隧道為例進行詳細地分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):隔熱層能有效地阻隔熱量傳遞,減少圍巖熱量的散失;鋪設(shè)隔熱層后,初襯的溫度升高;增加隔熱層厚度可以加強隔熱效果,但隔熱層厚度的選擇要綜合考慮初襯溫度以及材料性能變化的影響。
[Abstract]:The thermal damage of high rock is one of the difficult problems faced by deep buried tunnels. High rock temperature will not only worsen the construction environment, affect the selection of construction materials and the durability of concrete, but also cause the cracking of lining and the deformation of surrounding rock caused by high temperature. In order to analyze the distribution of temperature field and stress field of tunnel structure and surrounding rock under the action of high rock temperature, the heat conduction equation and equilibrium equation of tunnel are established according to the simplified theoretical model. The analytical solutions of temperature field, displacement field and stress field of tunnel structure and surrounding rock are obtained by means of dimensionality normalization and differential equation series solution. Taking the typical highland geothermal tunnel as an example, the Jivoxiga tunnel of Laj railway is analyzed in detail. It is found that the heat insulation layer can effectively block the heat transfer and reduce the heat loss of the surrounding rock; the temperature of the initial lining increases after the heat insulation layer is laid; and the heat insulation effect can be enhanced by increasing the thickness of the thermal insulation layer. However, the influence of the initial lining temperature and the material properties should be taken into account in the selection of the thickness of the insulating layer.
