【摘要】：為了控制粉料撒布車加料和撒布時(shí)的揚(yáng)塵污染,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的典型除塵方式的結(jié)構(gòu)與原理進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并分析了各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了將脈沖噴吹濾筒式除塵器用于粉料撒布車除塵的解決方案,給出了除塵器主要參數(shù)的計(jì)算方法和關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn);指出通過(guò)合理控制撒布輥轉(zhuǎn)速和設(shè)計(jì)吸塵裝置可以有效地控制撒布揚(yáng)塵,并給出了吸塵裝置的引風(fēng)機(jī)流量的計(jì)算方法。實(shí)踐證明,據(jù)此設(shè)計(jì)的粉料撒布車脈沖噴吹濾筒式除塵器的排放濃度滿足環(huán)保要求。
[Abstract]:In order to control dust pollution caused by powder distributing vehicle feeding and dispersing, the structure and principle of typical dust removal methods of similar products at home and abroad are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In this paper, the solution of applying the pulse injection filter barrel dust collector to dust removal by powder distributor is put forward, and the calculation method and key design points of the main parameters of the dust collector are given. It is pointed out that the spread dust can be effectively controlled by reasonably controlling the rotation speed of the spreading roller and designing the dust suction device, and the calculation method of the flow rate of the induced fan of the dust suction device is given. It has been proved by practice that the emission concentration of the pulse-injection filter drum dust collector based on this design meets the requirements of environmental protection.
