新人工填筑土大斷面隧道施工地層變形規(guī)律及控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:以貴陽(yáng)鐵路樞紐工程龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)隧道為背景,綜合運(yùn)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試、模型試驗(yàn)及數(shù)值計(jì)算方法,對(duì)超厚新人工填筑土地層超大斷面隧道施工土體變形規(guī)律及其施工對(duì)策進(jìn)行了研究。在對(duì)新人工填筑土自身固結(jié)特性研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究了新人工填筑土條件下大斷面隧道施工引起的土體變形規(guī)律,并據(jù)此提出了相應(yīng)的施工控制對(duì)策。通過(guò)研究和總結(jié)取得以下成果:(1)通過(guò)理論分析及室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),初步認(rèn)識(shí)了新人工填筑土的固結(jié)特性,在此基礎(chǔ)上得到了龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)隧道上覆新人工填筑土的固結(jié)沉降量。(2)綜合應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試、模型試驗(yàn)以及數(shù)值計(jì)算等技術(shù)手段,研究得到了新人工填筑土條件下隧道開(kāi)挖引起的拱頂下沉與地表沉降之間的關(guān)系,并指出龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)隧道上覆新人工填筑土的沉降主要是由于土體自身固結(jié)引起的。(3)以龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)隧道為依托,基于大拱腳弧形導(dǎo)坑預(yù)留核心土臺(tái)階開(kāi)挖法,研究了單一加固技術(shù)措施對(duì)控制新人工填筑土條件下暗挖大斷面隧道地表沉降的作用效果,得到為控制沉降各種支護(hù)措施應(yīng)綜合采用:首先應(yīng)進(jìn)行超前支護(hù),確保隧道開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中的圍巖穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)隧道輪廓外側(cè)全環(huán)加固,在此基礎(chǔ)上,二次襯砌盡可能地緊跟初期支護(hù)施作。該研究成果直接指導(dǎo)了龍洞堡機(jī)場(chǎng)隧道下穿新人工填筑土段的修建,為進(jìn)一步拓展軟土地層中的隧道修建技術(shù)積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Taking the Longdongbao Airport Tunnel of Guiyang Railway Hub Project as the background, the field test, model test and numerical calculation method are used synthetically. In this paper, the deformation law of soil mass and its construction countermeasures are studied in the construction of super thick new artificial fill soil layer tunnel with super section. Based on the study of the consolidation characteristics of the new artificial filling soil, the deformation law of soil mass caused by the construction of large section tunnel under the condition of new artificial filling soil is further studied, and the corresponding construction control measures are put forward. By studying and summarizing the following results: 1) through theoretical analysis and laboratory tests, the consolidation characteristics of the new artificial soil are preliminarily understood. On the basis of this, the consolidation settlement of the newly constructed soil on the tunnel of Longdongbao Airport is obtained. The comprehensive application of field test, model test and numerical calculation are obtained, and some technical means, such as field test, model test and numerical calculation, are obtained. The relationship between the dome subsidence caused by tunnel excavation and the surface settlement under the condition of new artificial soil filling is obtained. It is also pointed out that the settlement of the newly constructed soil on the Longdongbao Airport Tunnel is mainly caused by the consolidation of the soil itself. The settlement is based on the Longdongbao Airport Tunnel and the excavation method of reserved core soil step based on the arc shaped guide pit with large arch foot. This paper studies the effect of single reinforcement technique on controlling the surface subsidence of large tunnel with large section excavated under the condition of new artificial soil filling. It is concluded that various supporting measures should be adopted comprehensively to control settlement: firstly, advance support should be carried out. In order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock during tunnel excavation, the surrounding rock should be strengthened outside the tunnel contour at the same time. On this basis, the secondary lining should be as close as possible to the initial support. The research results directly guide the construction of the new artificial fill section under the Longdongbao Airport Tunnel and accumulate experience for further developing the tunnel construction technology in the soft soil layer.
