近塔橋面火災(zāi)對(duì)三塔懸索橋結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響研究

【摘要】:以某三塔懸索橋中間鋼塔為例,研究了火災(zāi)對(duì)鋼橋塔和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)性能的影響.首先,通過(guò)火災(zāi)場(chǎng)景數(shù)值模擬,得出橋面近塔區(qū)域不同類型火災(zāi)場(chǎng)景下的火焰溫度分布規(guī)律,以及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋塔的溫度分布特性.其次,通過(guò)非線性分析獲得了三塔懸索橋在不同的近塔火災(zāi)場(chǎng)景下結(jié)構(gòu)靜力性能的變化.結(jié)果表明,在大型車輛火災(zāi)作用下,鋼中塔有超過(guò)80m~2的區(qū)域溫度超過(guò)800℃,最高溫度達(dá)到1 000℃以上,中塔性能受到顯著影響.鋼中塔的應(yīng)力、變形發(fā)生較為明顯的變化:鋼塔產(chǎn)生4.6mm的豎向殘余變形和53.8mm的側(cè)向殘余變形,火災(zāi)區(qū)域應(yīng)力折減達(dá)70 MPa,而主纜、主梁的應(yīng)力和變形變化較小.
[Abstract]:Taking the middle steel tower of a three-tower suspension bridge as an example, the influence of fire on the performance of steel bridge tower and bridge structure is studied. Firstly, through numerical simulation of the fire scene, the flame temperature distribution and the temperature distribution characteristics of the steel bridge tower are obtained under different fire scenarios near the bridge deck near the tower. Secondly, through nonlinear analysis, the structural static behavior of three-tower suspension bridge under different near tower fire scenarios is obtained.
