環(huán)氧瀝青制備和性能的研究

【摘要】:環(huán)氧瀝青主要由環(huán)氧樹脂、固化劑和瀝青三部分組成,是一種立體網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀結(jié)構(gòu)的不可逆的熱固性物質(zhì),不僅具有良好的力學(xué)性能、高溫穩(wěn)定性和粘結(jié)性、且具有良好的耐腐蝕性等特性,徹底改變了傳統(tǒng)瀝青的高溫塑性的特點(diǎn)。環(huán)氧樹脂體系質(zhì)量占環(huán)氧瀝青質(zhì)量不變的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青拉伸強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行分析研究,確定環(huán)氧樹脂與固化劑的最佳質(zhì)量之比為1:1;在環(huán)氧瀝青質(zhì)量不變的基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)節(jié)環(huán)氧樹脂體系的質(zhì)量,通過對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂延伸率的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,確定了環(huán)氧樹脂體系質(zhì)量占總質(zhì)量為45%,通過對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青進(jìn)行力學(xué)測(cè)試、布什粘度儀試驗(yàn)和熒光顯微鏡分析,結(jié)果表明;在環(huán)氧瀝青質(zhì)量不變的基礎(chǔ)上,逐漸增加環(huán)氧樹脂體系的質(zhì)量,其拉伸強(qiáng)度逐漸增加,斷裂延伸率逐漸降低;當(dāng)環(huán)氧體系質(zhì)量增加到45%時(shí),環(huán)氧瀝青體系發(fā)生相的轉(zhuǎn)換,環(huán)氧樹脂首次變?yōu)檫B續(xù)相,瀝青是分散相;環(huán)氧瀝青的粘度隨著反應(yīng)溫度的增加而增加,在150℃條件下,體系的粘度達(dá)到1Pa·s需要55min,滿足施工要求,并且體系的粘度可以隨著實(shí)際需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整。其次,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外關(guān)于環(huán)氧瀝青礦質(zhì)混合料設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段本課題研究的基礎(chǔ),確定了環(huán)氧瀝青礦質(zhì)混合料的級(jí)配。通過分析環(huán)氧瀝青混合料的基本特點(diǎn),采用馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度的設(shè)計(jì)方法,確定了環(huán)氧瀝青混合料的最佳油石比為6.0%。最后通過高溫車轍試驗(yàn)、低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)、浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)、凍融劈裂試驗(yàn)、粘附性試驗(yàn)和耐腐蝕性試驗(yàn),對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青混合料的路用性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Epoxy asphalt is mainly composed of epoxy resin, curing agent and asphalt. It is an irreversible thermosetting material with three-dimensional network structure. It not only has good mechanical properties, high temperature stability and adhesion. And has the good corrosion resistance and so on characteristic, completely changed the traditional asphalt high temperature plasticity characteristic. Based on the analysis of the tensile strength of epoxy asphalt, the optimum mass ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent is 1: 1. On the basis of the same quality of epoxy resin and epoxy asphalt, the tensile strength of epoxy asphalt is determined to be 1: 1. By adjusting the quality of epoxy resin system and analyzing the change of tensile strength and elongation at break of epoxy asphalt, the mass of epoxy resin system is determined to be 45%, and the mechanical test of epoxy asphalt is carried out. The results of Bush viscometer test and fluorescence microscope analysis show that the quality of epoxy resin system increases gradually and the tensile strength increases and the elongation at break decreases gradually on the basis of the constant mass of epoxy asphalt. When the mass of epoxy system is increased to 45%, the phase transition occurs in the epoxy asphalt system, the epoxy resin becomes a continuous phase for the first time, the asphalt is a dispersed phase, the viscosity of epoxy asphalt increases with the increase of reaction temperature, and the viscosity of epoxy asphalt increases at 150 鈩,
