小間距雙線隧道CRD法零距離下穿既有營運(yùn)車站變形影響研究

【摘要】:以深圳地鐵7號(hào)線皇崗村站至福民站的新建小間距雙線平頂隧道施工區(qū)間工程為例,研究采用"CRD法+直墻暗挖"進(jìn)行零距離下穿既有4號(hào)線福民站,對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)變形影響及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果分析。通過對(duì)新建雙線隧道施工全過程的精細(xì)化數(shù)值仿真模擬,揭示既有營運(yùn)車站的變形規(guī)律,為施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)變形發(fā)展預(yù)測(cè)和設(shè)計(jì)方案實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整提供理論支撐。結(jié)合施工過程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)資料,論證新建隧道下穿施工對(duì)既有車站的影響程度,驗(yàn)證當(dāng)前設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性。結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值仿真分析的既有車站變形規(guī)律與實(shí)際監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果一致,且最大變形量均小于控制值10.0 mm。
[Abstract]:Taking the construction section of the small spaced double-line flat-top tunnel from Huanggang Village Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 7 to Fumin Station as an example, this paper studies the use of "CRD method to dig the straight wall" through the existing Fumin Station on Line 4 at zero distance. The effect of structural deformation and field monitoring results are analyzed. Through the detailed numerical simulation of the whole construction process of the new double-track tunnel, the deformation law of the existing operating station is revealed, which provides theoretical support for the prediction of the structural deformation development and the real-time adjustment of the design scheme during the construction process. Based on the real-time monitoring data of the construction process, the influence of the underpass construction of the new tunnel on the existing stations is demonstrated, and the feasibility of the current design scheme is verified. The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the actual monitoring results, and the maximum deformation is less than the control value of 10.0 mm.
