預(yù)制梁噴淋養(yǎng)護(hù)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:本文從對(duì)制造完成后的預(yù)制梁需要養(yǎng)護(hù)的機(jī)理出發(fā),提出了將傳統(tǒng)的人工養(yǎng)護(hù)工作改成智能自動(dòng)并具有遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的方法,研制了一套由PLC、3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和組態(tài)元件組成的梁場(chǎng)噴淋養(yǎng)護(hù)遠(yuǎn)程控制系統(tǒng)。減少了原有人工養(yǎng)護(hù)所帶來(lái)的失誤和不可監(jiān)控現(xiàn)象得發(fā)生,通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觸摸屏和PC監(jiān)控中心的在線改變梁場(chǎng)運(yùn)行參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控梁場(chǎng)和事后記錄查詢(xún)的目的,對(duì)提高預(yù)制梁質(zhì)量提供了新途徑。該應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)包括基于GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)的PC遠(yuǎn)程控制上位機(jī)監(jiān)控平臺(tái)軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)、多個(gè)梁廠的數(shù)據(jù)融合,梁廠操作控制操作工業(yè)觸摸屏控制系統(tǒng)、多路噴淋控制PLC、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)布線,無(wú)線數(shù)傳模塊DTU等系統(tǒng)硬件組網(wǎng)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)。PC遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)上位機(jī)是以力控Force/Control軟件為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),軟件內(nèi)容包括:用戶(hù)操作權(quán)限設(shè)定,在線顯示梁場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),設(shè)定參數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè);使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)SQL2000對(duì)梁場(chǎng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行保存,在線對(duì)梁場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的同時(shí),對(duì)梁場(chǎng)的噴淋參數(shù)進(jìn)行生成報(bào)表,細(xì)化到每具體個(gè)橋梁?jiǎn)卧麄(gè)養(yǎng)護(hù)過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)記錄,為質(zhì)量事故的分析提供重要依據(jù)。為了滿(mǎn)足道路建設(shè)的移動(dòng)特征,便于在工地變更時(shí)隨時(shí)組網(wǎng),中央控制計(jì)算機(jī)與預(yù)制梁廠的數(shù)據(jù)交換是通過(guò)DTU的3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)。梁場(chǎng)控制操作選用工業(yè)觸摸屏,通過(guò)RS232總線與PLC連接完成對(duì)梁場(chǎng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)與參數(shù)進(jìn)行改變,利用觸摸屏控制操作方便,它有多個(gè)串行數(shù)據(jù)接口,它在完成本站數(shù)字圖形化監(jiān)控的同時(shí)與PLC控制器連接。根據(jù)梁場(chǎng)面積大的特點(diǎn),從節(jié)約導(dǎo)線和提高可靠性方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化布線。PLC下位機(jī)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)十個(gè)電磁閥的控制,它能在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)惡劣的環(huán)境下可靠工作,并能直接驅(qū)動(dòng)電流沖擊大且容易發(fā)生電路等故障的電磁水閥和水源大功率水泵的工作,通過(guò)其RS485串行接口與無(wú)線數(shù)傳模塊DTU通訊,用DTU接受遠(yuǎn)程上位機(jī)指令,完成回傳數(shù)據(jù)的操作。系統(tǒng)優(yōu)點(diǎn)還在于當(dāng)上位機(jī)停止運(yùn)行時(shí),PLC自身的操作程序可以獨(dú)立工作。論文對(duì)從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制柜到多路通水電磁閥的排布和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)合理線路連接方式等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在西咸北環(huán)線中鐵24局的興平標(biāo)段中使用了一年半的時(shí)間,達(dá)到了客戶(hù)的要求,為推廣應(yīng)用積累了成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism that prefabricated beams need maintenance after manufacture, this paper puts forward a method to change the traditional manual maintenance work to intelligent automatic and remote monitoring. A remote control system for spray maintenance of beam yard is developed, which is composed of PLCU 3G network and configuration elements. It reduces the errors and unmonitored phenomena brought by the original manual maintenance, changes the operation parameters of the beam yard on line through the touch screen and PC monitoring center, and realizes the purpose of real-time monitoring the beam yard and recording the query afterwards. It provides a new way to improve the quality of precast beam. The overall design of the application system includes the hardware and software design of PC remote control monitor platform based on GSM network, the data fusion of many beam factories, the operation control of beam factory, the industrial touch screen control system, the multi-channel spray control system, and the field industrial wiring. Wireless data transmission module DTU and other system hardware networking and software design. PC remote monitoring PC is based on the force control Force/Control software development platform, software content includes: user operation authority setting, online display beam field operation status, setting parameters monitoring; The operation parameters of beam yard are saved by database SQL2000, and the spraying parameters of beam yard are monitored in real time at the same time, and the data of the whole maintenance process of each concrete bridge unit are refined to the data record of the whole maintenance process of each concrete bridge unit. It provides an important basis for the analysis of quality accident. In order to meet the mobile characteristics of road construction and facilitate the construction of network at any time when the site changes, the data exchange between the central control computer and the pre-beam factory is through the 3G network of DTU. The industrial touch screen is used to control the beam field. The operation state and parameters of the beam field are changed by RS232 bus and PLC connection. The touch screen is used to control the operation conveniently, and it has several serial data interfaces. At the same time, it is connected with PLC controller. According to the characteristics of large area of beam yard, the optimized wiring. PLC lower position machine mainly realizes the control of dozens of solenoid valves in the field from the aspects of saving wire and improving reliability. It can work reliably in the harsh environment. It can directly drive the work of electromagnetic water valve and water source high power pump, which have large current impact and are prone to circuit faults. Through its RS485 serial interface, it communicates with wireless data transmission module (DTU) and receives the instruction of remote host computer with DTU. Complete the data return operation. The advantage of the system is that the PLC operating program can work independently when the upper computer stops running. In this paper, the layout of the field control cabinet to the multiway water solenoid valve and the reasonable connection mode of the field line are designed. The designed system has been used in the Xingping section of Railway 24 of the West and North Ring Line for one and a half years. Has met the customer's request, has accumulated the successful experience for popularizes the application.
