矩形鋼管混凝土桁架Y型受拉節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能分析

【摘要】:以某矩形鋼管混凝土桁梁橋?yàn)槔?將K型節(jié)點(diǎn)分解為Y型受拉節(jié)點(diǎn)和Y型受壓節(jié)點(diǎn),從最基本的Y型受拉節(jié)點(diǎn)著手,建立非線性有限元分析模型,分析弦管內(nèi)填混凝土、設(shè)置PBL加勁肋等參數(shù)對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)變形、破壞形式及應(yīng)力分布等的影響。結(jié)果表明:內(nèi)填混凝土能夠提高節(jié)點(diǎn)抵抗變形能力,降低節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力水平,但易出現(xiàn)鋼管與混凝土脫粘現(xiàn)象;設(shè)置PBL加勁肋后可有效增加鋼管與混凝土界面的黏結(jié)力,阻止界面脫粘,顯著提高節(jié)點(diǎn)抵抗變形能力,明顯降低節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力水平,有效提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限承載力和節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度。
[Abstract]:Taking a rectangular concrete-filled steel tube truss bridge as an example, the K type joint is decomposed into Y type tensile joint and Y type compression joint. The nonlinear finite element analysis model is established from the most basic Y type tensile joint, and the concrete filled in chord is analyzed. The effect of PBL stiffener on the deformation, failure mode and stress distribution of joints. The results show that the inner filled concrete can improve the joint resistance to deformation and reduce the stress level of the joint, but it is easy to occur the phenomenon of steel tube and concrete debonding, and the PBL stiffening rib can effectively increase the bond force between the steel tube and concrete interface. To prevent interface debonding, the ability of resisting deformation of joints is improved, the stress level of joints is obviously reduced, and the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of joints are improved effectively.
