【摘要】:伴隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,交通量也日益增加,車型多樣化,并向大型、重載方面發(fā)展,尤其是港口、礦山連接線以及運(yùn)煤線路,重載交通已日益形成規(guī)模。由于車輛重載、超載的作用,使得多數(shù)道路、橋梁在早期即出現(xiàn)破壞,縮短了道路與橋梁的使用壽命。T型鋼筋混凝土梁是橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中的一種常用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,所以,對于混凝土T型橋梁的加固設(shè)計(jì)與施工技術(shù)的研究具有顯著的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本課題依托重載交通特征明顯的京秦高速公路青龍連接線上的沙河特大橋?qū)嶓w工程,研究該類普通鋼筋混凝土T型梁的加固修復(fù)問題與施工工藝。本文首先對沙河大橋的運(yùn)營交通量及荷載情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,分析了該橋服役期間實(shí)際運(yùn)營荷載與設(shè)計(jì)荷載的差異,確定了運(yùn)營荷載模型,分析了實(shí)際運(yùn)營荷載對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。隨后,對該橋運(yùn)營過程中產(chǎn)生的裂縫、腐蝕等病害特征進(jìn)行了檢查分析,確定了該橋主要病害類型,分析各種病害產(chǎn)生的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了該橋承載力缺失的內(nèi)容。隨后,基于加固方案的對比分析,結(jié)合該橋的實(shí)際工況。從施工、造價(jià)等多方面對加固方案進(jìn)行比較、論證各種加固方案的可行性?紤]到施工工藝與經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,確定了該橋的加固方案。設(shè)計(jì)和選用了一系列施工工藝,保證新舊結(jié)構(gòu)的共同工作。并基于動靜載試驗(yàn)測試,評估了該橋的加固效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's social economy, the traffic volume is increasing day by day, the vehicle type is diversified, and develops to the large-scale, the heavy load aspect, especially the port, the mine connection line and the coal transportation line, the heavy haul transportation has formed the scale day by day. Because of the effect of overloading and overloading, most roads and bridges are destroyed in the early stage, which shortens the service life of roads and bridges. T-type reinforced concrete beams are one of the common structural forms in bridge structures. It is of great practical significance to study the reinforcement design and construction technology of T-type concrete bridge. Based on the solid project of Shahe super bridge on the Azure Dragon connecting line of Jingqin Expressway, the problem of reinforcement and repair of this kind of ordinary reinforced concrete T-shaped beam and its construction technology are studied in this paper. In this paper, the traffic volume and load of Shahe Bridge are investigated, the difference between actual operating load and design load is analyzed, and the operating load model is determined. The influence of actual operation load on bridge structure is analyzed. Then, the characteristics of cracks, corrosion and other diseases produced during the operation of the bridge are checked and analyzed, and the main disease types of the bridge are determined, and the causes of the various diseases are analyzed. On this basis, the contents of the lack of bearing capacity of the bridge are determined. Then, based on the comparative analysis of the reinforcement scheme, combined with the actual conditions of the bridge. The feasibility of various reinforcement schemes is demonstrated by comparison of construction cost and other aspects. Considering the construction technology and economic problems, the reinforcement scheme of the bridge is determined. A series of construction techniques are designed and selected to ensure the joint work of new and old structures. The reinforcement effect of the bridge is evaluated on the basis of static and dynamic load test.
