【摘要】：以十一烯酸和乙二醇二縮水甘油醚為原料,通過開環(huán)反應(yīng)合成了一種環(huán)氧瀝青增容劑,采用環(huán)氧樹脂,基質(zhì)瀝青,固化劑,增容劑及助劑熔融共混,制備環(huán)氧瀝青結(jié)合料。利用FT-IR,離析試驗,DMA等對增容劑的分子結(jié)構(gòu)和增容效果進行了表征和研究,討論了增容劑用量對環(huán)氧瀝青固化體系的相容性和力學性能的影響,結(jié)果表明,增容劑的分子結(jié)構(gòu)含有預期的環(huán)氧基和酯基并有效地改善了環(huán)氧樹脂和瀝青的相容性。增容劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)為20%時(基于環(huán)氧樹脂質(zhì)量),體系離析降至4.0℃,拉伸強度為2.12 MPa,斷裂伸長率為218%,吸水率為0.17,材料性能最優(yōu),且滿足美國環(huán)氧瀝青的指標要求。
[Abstract]:An epoxy asphalt compatibilizer was synthesized by ring-opening reaction from undecenoic acid and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. Epoxy resin, matrix asphalt, curing agent, compatibilizer and auxiliary agent were blended in melt to prepare epoxy asphalt binder. The molecular structure and compatibilization effect of compatibilizer were characterized and studied by FT-IRand segregation test (DMA). The effect of compatibilizer content on the compatibility and mechanical properties of epoxy asphalt curing system was discussed. The molecular structure of compatibilizer contains the expected epoxy group and ester group and improves the compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt effectively. When the mass fraction of compatibilizer is 20 (based on the mass of epoxy resin), the segregation of the system decreases to 4.0 鈩，
