【摘要】:隨著鋼-混凝土組合橋面板的推廣應(yīng)用,對鋼-混凝土組合板的受力性能研究具有十分重要的理論意義和工程應(yīng)用價值。在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,一般采用單向板或雙向板的概念來將橋面板復(fù)雜的空間問題簡化為平面問題。國內(nèi)外相關(guān)規(guī)范根據(jù)混凝土板的受力機(jī)理,提出將混凝土板的計(jì)算分為單向板和雙向板并明確提出區(qū)分界限,但目前還沒有相關(guān)規(guī)范明確提出鋼-混凝土組合板的單向板和雙向板區(qū)分界限。相對于傳統(tǒng)混凝土橋面板,鋼-混凝土組合橋面板中鋼板材料在力學(xué)和幾何上存在較大比例,直接套用混凝土橋面板的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范沒有依據(jù)且無法體現(xiàn)組合結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)越的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。因此,為了研究鋼-混凝土組合板在簡化計(jì)算時單向板和雙向板區(qū)分界限值,本文開展了相關(guān)專題研究。在典型鋼-混凝土組合橋面板實(shí)際工程基礎(chǔ)上,擬定了鋼-混凝土組合橋面板的幾何參數(shù)。對在均布荷載作用模式下的鋼-混凝土組合板,考慮剪力連接程度和不同邊界條件。在彈性和彈塑性理論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了材料特性、邊界條件及剪力連接程度對板的變形、反力和內(nèi)力分布的影響規(guī)律。引入荷載傳遞系數(shù),探討了荷載在鋼-混凝土組合橋面板中的傳遞分配規(guī)律。最后,在研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,建議彈性分析情況下長短邊比取為3作為界限區(qū)分建議值,而在彈塑性分析情況下,該建議值可取為3.5。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and application of steel-concrete composite deck slabs, it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the mechanical properties of steel-concrete composite slabs. In practical engineering applications, the concept of unidirectional or bidirectional slab is generally adopted to simplify the complex space problem of bridge deck into a plane problem. According to the mechanical mechanism of concrete slabs, the calculation of concrete slabs is divided into unidirectional slabs and bidirectional slabs. However, there are no relevant codes to clearly distinguish the boundary between unidirectional and bidirectional slabs of steel-concrete composite slabs. Compared with the traditional concrete deck slab, the steel plate material in the steel-concrete composite deck slab has a large proportion in mechanics and geometry, and the design code for direct application of concrete deck slab has no basis and can not reflect the superior economy of the composite structure. Therefore, in order to study the boundary value of unidirectional slab and bidirectional slab in simplified calculation of steel-concrete composite slab, this paper carried out a special topic study. On the basis of practical engineering of typical steel-concrete composite deck slabs, the geometric parameters of steel-concrete composite deck slabs are worked out. The shear connection degree and different boundary conditions are considered for steel-concrete composite slabs under uniform load. On the basis of elastic and elastoplastic theory, the effects of material properties, boundary conditions and shear connection degree on the distribution of deformation, reaction force and internal force of the plate are studied. The load transfer distribution in steel-concrete composite deck slab is discussed by introducing load transfer coefficient. Finally, on the basis of the results of the study, it is suggested that in elastic analysis, the ratio of length to side should be taken as 3 as the threshold value, while in the case of elastic-plastic analysis, the suggested value should be 3.5.
