馬普托大橋南錨碇工程半成巖力學特性試驗研究

【摘要】:半成巖是一種半巖半土的特殊工程地質(zhì)載體,目前針對半成巖力學特性的研究較少。依托馬普托大橋南側(cè)錨碇工程,設(shè)計可同時進行巖基承載及兩相膠結(jié)面剪切的現(xiàn)場試驗框架,開展基底細砂半成巖載荷試驗和混凝土 半成巖兩相膠結(jié)面剪切現(xiàn)場試驗,獲得細砂半成巖的承載和剪切力學參數(shù),進一步深入研究和討論半成巖變形模量的預(yù)測方法及混凝土 半成巖兩相膠結(jié)面剪切破壞的形態(tài)及機制。研究表明細砂半成巖的承載性能與巖石類似,采用基于現(xiàn)場地質(zhì)條件的經(jīng)驗方法可以較準確地估算半成巖的變形模量;細砂半成巖的混凝土 半成巖兩相剪切具有獨特的性質(zhì),其低致密性導(dǎo)致與混凝土形成很強的膠結(jié)作用和較明顯的膠結(jié)帶,從而增加了兩相膠結(jié)面的粗糙程度。在預(yù)測混凝土與半成巖兩相膠結(jié)抗剪強度時,需充分考慮混凝土浸入半成巖的膠結(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果為大橋錨碇設(shè)計提供了可靠的參數(shù)支持,為類似地質(zhì)條件的工程提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Half diagenesis is a special engineering geological carrier of half rock and half soil. Based on the south side Anchorage engineering of Maputo Bridge, the field test frame of rock foundation loading and two-phase cementation face shear can be designed simultaneously, and the loading test of subgrade fine sand and the shear field test of concrete semi-diagenetic two-phase cementation surface are carried out. The load-bearing and shear mechanical parameters of semi-diagenesis of fine sand are obtained, and the prediction method of deformation modulus of semi-diagenetic rock and the form and mechanism of shear failure of concrete semi-diagenetic two-phase cementation surface are studied and discussed. The results show that the bearing capacity of fine sand semi-diagenesis is similar to that of rock, and the deformation modulus of semi-diagenetic rock can be estimated more accurately by using the empirical method based on field geological conditions. The two-phase shear of concrete with fine sand and semi-diagenesis has unique properties, and its low compactness results in strong cementation with concrete and obvious cementation zone, thus increasing the roughness of the two-phase cementation surface. In predicting the shear strength of concrete and semi-diagenetic two-phase cementation, the cementation of concrete immersed in semi-diagenesis should be fully considered. The results provide reliable parameter support for bridge Anchorage design and reliable basis for similar geological engineering.
