基于顆粒流的圍巖注漿動(dòng)態(tài)過程模擬研究

【摘要】:研究目的:富水地層隧道開挖易發(fā)生突水突泥,注漿為一種有效防范措施。本文基于顆粒流離散元方法,研究圍巖注漿對富水地層隧道開挖的影響,通過對巖體注漿過程進(jìn)行細(xì)觀動(dòng)態(tài)模擬,研究不同注漿壓力和注漿孔布設(shè)方式下的注漿效果,從而為優(yōu)化注漿方案提供參考。研究結(jié)論:(1)注漿壓力的大小決定了最終漿液擴(kuò)散形式,即注漿壓力增大,注漿形式由滲透注漿變成劈裂注漿;(2)通過顆粒流軟件模擬出的動(dòng)態(tài)效果及數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證了劈裂注漿是壓密→劈裂→壓密→劈裂的動(dòng)態(tài)過程,直至漿液的擴(kuò)散壓力不足以再劈裂圍巖顆粒時(shí)趨于穩(wěn)定;(3)多孔同時(shí)注漿時(shí)漿體很難進(jìn)入到中心位置;(4)基于本文的研究對象,劈裂注漿的效果優(yōu)于滲透注漿,考慮過大注漿壓力對巖土體的沖擊作用,工程應(yīng)用時(shí)可盡量采用起劈壓力進(jìn)行劈裂注漿,且注漿時(shí)并不是較多的注漿孔同時(shí)注漿就能得到更好的效果,要針對實(shí)際地質(zhì)情況,合理安排注漿孔以及注漿順序,避免地層薄弱點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)在多孔同時(shí)注漿的中心點(diǎn)處;(5)本研究成果可為軟弱地層注漿孔的布置原則及注漿質(zhì)量控制提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: water inrush and mud inrush are easy to occur in the excavation of water-rich layer tunnel, and grouting is an effective preventive measure. Based on the discrete element method of particle flow, the influence of surrounding rock grouting on tunnel excavation in water-rich strata is studied. The grouting effect under different grouting pressure and grouting hole layout is studied by dynamic simulation of rock mass grouting process. So as to provide a reference for optimizing the grouting scheme. Conclusion: (1) the size of grouting pressure determines the final form of grouting diffusion, that is, the grouting pressure increases, and the grouting form changes from permeable grouting to split grouting. The dynamic effect and data analysis are simulated by the particle flow software. It is verified that split grouting is a dynamic process of compaction. Until the diffusive pressure of the slurry is not enough to split the surrounding rock particles and tend to be stable / 3 / 3) while grouting is difficult to get to the center of the grouting system, the effect of split grouting is better than that of permeable grouting, based on the research object of this paper, the effect of split grouting is better than that of permeable grouting. Considering the impact of excessive grouting pressure on rock and soil mass, splitting pressure can be used as far as possible for splitting grouting in engineering application, and when grouting is not more than many grouting holes at the same time, a better effect can be obtained, which should be aimed at the actual geological conditions. Reasonable arrangement of grouting holes and grouting sequence to avoid formation weakness at the central point of porous simultaneous grouting can provide a reference for the layout principle and grouting quality control of grouting holes in weak strata.
