城市綜合管廊隧道盾構施工仿真分析

【摘要】:地下管線是城市基礎設施的重要組成部分。國家每年要投入大量的財政資源來修建和維護城市地下管線。綜合管廊,是將燃氣、電力、電信、給水、雨水、污水乃至垃圾等各種不同的管道,共同敷設在一個地下空間中的市政管道的設置方案。隨著城市的發(fā)展,管道截面的要求在不斷增加,地下管道修建的復雜性也在增加,使綜合管廊的修建日益復雜。由于地下施工的特殊性及施工環(huán)境的不確定性,使得隧道施工復雜性大增。同時,由于隧道施工中可以用空間有限,各種施工活動需要共享有限的空間以及有限的設備。由于隧道施工過程中各種不可預見的因素,精確的施工效率仿真極具挑戰(zhàn)性;诜抡嫫脚_,決策者可以快速檢驗多種施工方案的可行性,從而避免了昂貴的實地檢驗。為了深入了解施工過程,并在此基礎上進行資源優(yōu)化、減少延誤,本文采用基于離散事件仿真(DiscreteEvent Simulation)的方法模擬施工過程,對項目施工效率及工期進行評估;趯λ淼朗┕み^程的深入了解,本文編制一套基于SYMPHONY仿真平臺的盾構作業(yè)仿真模型。該模型包括盾構過程中開挖、襯砌、測量等過程。同時,為了克服在不同地質(zhì)條件下施工進度不同的問題,本文通過一組實測數(shù)據(jù),獲得了盾構機在不同類型巖土環(huán)境下的施工進度。
[Abstract]:Underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure. The country spends a lot of financial resources every year to build and maintain urban underground pipelines. The integrated pipe gallery is the installation scheme of the municipal pipeline which lays gas, electricity, telecommunication, water supply, Rain Water, sewage and even garbage together in one underground space. With the development of the city, the requirements of pipeline section are increasing, and the complexity of underground pipeline construction is increasing, which makes the construction of integrated pipe corridor increasingly complex. Because of the particularity of underground construction and the uncertainty of construction environment, the complexity of tunnel construction is greatly increased. At the same time, due to the limited space available in tunnel construction, all kinds of construction activities need to share limited space and limited equipment. Due to various unpredictable factors during tunnel construction, accurate simulation of construction efficiency is challenging. Based on the simulation platform, decision-makers can quickly test the feasibility of various construction schemes, thus avoiding expensive field inspection. In order to understand the construction process, optimize the resources and reduce the delay, this paper simulates the construction process based on discrete event simulation, and evaluates the construction efficiency and duration of the project. Based on the deep understanding of tunnel construction process, a simulation model of shield operation based on SYMPHONY simulation platform is developed in this paper. The model includes excavation, lining, measurement and so on. At the same time, in order to overcome the problem of different construction progress under different geological conditions, this paper obtains the construction progress of shield machine under different types of geotechnical environment through a set of measured data.
