【摘要】:隨著我國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,大量的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施需求也使公路建設(shè)事業(yè)也蓬勃發(fā)展;在過去幾十年時間中建造了大量橋梁,我國也成為了世界上的橋梁大國。由于一直以來都處于發(fā)展階段,在建設(shè)橋梁初期,雖然考慮了當(dāng)時的技術(shù)要求和先進(jìn)材料,任然難以擺脫歷史局限性;并且當(dāng)時經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況的制約下,加上現(xiàn)在大型車,重車與日俱進(jìn),超載、超限現(xiàn)象越來越嚴(yán)重,運(yùn)營一段時間的橋梁開始出現(xiàn)缺陷和病害,對于橋梁健康和交通安全損害嚴(yán)重,倘若推到重建既浪費(fèi)金錢也消耗時間,所以橋梁檢測維修加固成為了時下逐漸熱門的研究領(lǐng)域,F(xiàn)在橋梁檢測加固也受到交通部門重視,但是由于這方面的技術(shù)處于不成熟階段,檢測工作也比較局限,不能對橋梁進(jìn)行全方位的檢查,這使橋梁病害不能徹底查明,也存在安全隱患。例如現(xiàn)在對于大多數(shù)梁橋的檢測加固大多注重上部結(jié)構(gòu),而下部結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測加固工作還很欠缺;加上兩個部位受力環(huán)境不同但又相互聯(lián)系,出現(xiàn)偏移、變位后影響程度有差異但又互相制約,所以對于梁橋檢測加固時,上、下部結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該同時考慮,充分分析其病害類型和影響程度,采用針對有效的方法進(jìn)行維修加固處理。本文主要討論梁橋下部結(jié)構(gòu)病害類型,對它們產(chǎn)生的原因和對橋梁整體影響進(jìn)行分析,通過力學(xué)軟件MIDAS對其中一種進(jìn)行具體分析,并且闡述現(xiàn)在已有的檢測加固方法和具體的操作流程,對于存在的不足之處進(jìn)行改進(jìn),探討出對于梁橋下部結(jié)構(gòu)新的檢測加固方法,更加有利于橋梁健康,延長使用壽命。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the transportation and transportation industry in China, a large number of infrastructure needs also make the road construction enterprise flourish. In the past few decades, a large number of bridges have been built. China has also become a great bridge country in the world. Since it has always been in the stage of development, it has taken into account the technical requirements at the beginning of the bridge construction. It is difficult to get rid of the advanced materials, and it is difficult to get rid of the historical limitations; and under the restriction of the economic situation at that time, in addition to the current large cars, heavy cars and days, overloading, exceeding the limit phenomenon became more and more serious, the bridge started to appear defects and diseases for a period of time, serious damage to the health of the bridge and traffic safety, if it was pushed to the reconstruction of the waste of gold. Money also consumes time, so bridge inspection and maintenance has become a hot research field. Now bridge detection and reinforcement are also paid attention by the traffic department. However, because of the immature technology in this area, the detection work is limited, and the bridge can not be checked in all directions, which makes the bridge disease can not be thoroughly checked. For example, for example, most of the bridge and bridge detection and reinforcement now focus on the superstructure, and the lower structure of the detection and reinforcement work is still very short; and the two parts of the force environment is different but also interrelated, the deviation, the degree of influence after the variation is different but mutually restrictive, so the beam bridge testing and strengthening, so the beam bridge, At the same time, the substructure should be considered at the same time, the type of disease and the extent of its influence should be fully analyzed, and the effective methods are used for maintenance and reinforcement. This paper mainly discusses the disease types of the lower beam bridge, the causes of them and the overall influence on the bridge, and through the mechanics software MIDAS, a specific analysis is carried out. In addition, the existing methods of testing and strengthening and the specific operation process are expounded, and the shortcomings of the existing problems are improved, and a new method for detecting and strengthening the lower structure of the beam bridge is discussed, which is more conducive to the health of the bridge and the prolongation of the service life.
