【摘要】：環(huán)渤海地區(qū)作為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的三大核心增長(zhǎng)極之一,近年來(lái)地區(qū)港口發(fā)展迅猛,為港口城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了顯著的輔助支撐。研究港口體系演化及其與港口城市發(fā)展的空間關(guān)聯(lián)特征對(duì)于揭示環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港城互動(dòng)發(fā)展具有重要意義。該文采用不均衡指數(shù)、偏移-分享模型及重心軌跡分析等方法,探討了環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口體系演化與港口城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的空間關(guān)聯(lián)特征與耦合態(tài)勢(shì),結(jié)論如下:1)港口發(fā)展與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)總體上呈現(xiàn)明顯的空間關(guān)聯(lián)性,目前處于港口發(fā)展成熟期的大型港口(大連、青島、天津等),與城市腹地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展基本形成良好的互動(dòng)格局;處于生長(zhǎng)期和發(fā)展期的中小港口與城市聯(lián)系將更加緊密,但也存在某時(shí)期港口發(fā)展與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)生一定的空間錯(cuò)位;2)整體而言,城市規(guī)模、港口規(guī)模指標(biāo)不均衡指數(shù)均呈現(xiàn)下降;3)港口、城市總規(guī)模重心基本穩(wěn)定在同一個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)部,波動(dòng)幅度相對(duì)較小;4)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口、城市總規(guī)模的偏移增長(zhǎng)量在1998-2014年間始終保持正值,港口與腹地城市發(fā)展相對(duì)同步,港口是海港城市發(fā)展的重要支撐。
[Abstract]:As one of the three core growth poles of China's economic development, Bohai Rim region has developed rapidly in recent years, which has provided significant auxiliary support for the economic development of port cities. It is of great significance to study the evolution of port system and its spatial correlation with the development of port cities for revealing the interactive development of ports and cities around the Bohai Sea. In this paper, the spatial correlation characteristics and coupling situation between the evolution of port system and the economic development of port cities in Bohai Rim region are discussed by using disequilibrium index, migration-sharing model and barycenter trajectory analysis. The conclusion is as follows: (1) Port development and urban economic construction generally show a significant spatial correlation. At present, large ports (Dalian, Qingdao, Qingdao) are in the mature stage of port development. Tianjin and so on have basically formed a good interactive pattern with the economic development of the urban hinterland; small and medium-sized ports in the growing and developing period will be more closely connected with the city. But there is also a certain spatial dislocation between port development and urban economic construction in a certain period. The center of gravity of the city's total scale is basically stable in the same region, and the fluctuation is relatively small. The port around the Bohai Sea region, the offset increase of the total scale of the city has always been positive during the period of 1998-2014, and the port and the hinterland city development are relatively synchronous. The port is an important support for the development of the port city.
