多級應(yīng)力重復(fù)蠕變恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)應(yīng)用于瀝青高溫性能評價

【摘要】:選用8種不同種類的瀝青材料,按照AASHTO TP70-13(2013)所規(guī)定的多級應(yīng)力重復(fù)蠕變恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)(MSCR)進(jìn)行了一系列試驗(yàn)。通過試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),在溫度-Jnr雙對數(shù)坐標(biāo)下,瀝青的不可恢復(fù)柔量與溫度具有明顯的線性關(guān)系,改性瀝青與基質(zhì)瀝青相比表現(xiàn)出更為復(fù)雜的高溫力學(xué)行為;另一方面,改性瀝青的不可恢復(fù)柔量差Jnrdiff遠(yuǎn)大于基質(zhì)瀝青,按照AASHTO MP19-10(2013)中關(guān)于Jnrdiff不大于75%作為交通量等級劃分指標(biāo)對于某些改性瀝青并不適用,該指標(biāo)的應(yīng)用值得商榷。
[Abstract]:Eight different kinds of asphalt materials were selected and a series of tests were carried out according to the multistage repeated stress creep recovery test (MSCR) stipulated by AASHTO TP70-13 / 2013. The experimental results show that the unrecoverable compliance of asphalt is linearly related to temperature under the double logarithmic coordinates of temperature, and the modified asphalt exhibits more complex mechanical behavior at high temperature than that of the base asphalt, on the other hand, the unrecoverable compliance of the modified asphalt is more complex than that of the base asphalt. The unrecoverable compliance difference (Jnrdiff) of modified asphalt is much larger than that of base asphalt. According to AASHTO MP19-10 / 2013, it is not suitable for some modified asphalt to use Jnrdiff less than 75% as traffic volume classification index. The application of this index is debatable.
