基于線性切割試驗(yàn)碴片分析的滾刀破巖效率研究

【摘要】:為了研究碴片形狀與TBM破巖效率之間的關(guān)系,應(yīng)用機(jī)械破巖試驗(yàn)平臺對北山花崗巖進(jìn)行線性切割試驗(yàn)。通過對試驗(yàn)所形成的碴片進(jìn)行粗糙度指數(shù)、扁平度以及長軸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同滾刀間距及貫入度下所形成的碴片有很好的規(guī)律。TBM破巖效率越高,所形成的碴片大巖塊的長軸更長,粗糙度指數(shù)更大,同時碴片也更加扁平。將粗糙度指數(shù)與比能進(jìn)行回歸分析,二者具有很好的線性關(guān)系。對于北山花崗巖,當(dāng)?shù)堕g距與貫入度的比值為40左右時,TBM破巖效率最高。因此,碴片分析對評價TBM的破巖效率和優(yōu)化施工具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between the shape of the ballast and the rock breaking efficiency of TBM, the mechanical rock breaking test platform is applied to the linear cutting test of the Beishan granite. Through the roughness index, flat degree and long axis analysis of the ballast slices formed by the test, it is found that the ballast fragments formed under the different distance and penetration of the hob have a good law of breaking the rock. The higher the efficiency, the longer the long axis of the rock mass, the greater the roughness index, and the flatness of the ballast. The regression analysis between the roughness index and the ratio energy has a good linear relationship. For the Beishan granite, the TBM rock breaking efficiency is the highest when the ratio of the tool spacing to the penetration is about 40. Therefore, the analysis of the rock fragment is analyzed. It is of great significance to evaluate rock breaking efficiency and optimize construction of TBM.
