【摘要】:本文基于西咸北環(huán)線高速路上面層施工,采用室內(nèi)試驗的方法進(jìn)行橡膠瀝青性能的研究。本文通過室內(nèi)試驗研究了膠粉摻量、細(xì)度以及基質(zhì)瀝青種類對橡膠瀝青性能的影響。重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了西安中軒的膠粉與SK-90和殼牌90兩種瀝青的配伍性研究,并對比了不同的膠粉摻量與橡膠瀝青的粘度、軟化點(diǎn)、錐入度、彈性恢復(fù)和延度的關(guān)系。從重要的參數(shù)粘度來評判,得出膠粉摻量22%,膠粉目數(shù)40目,瀝青選擇SK-90和殼牌90。其配伍的試驗結(jié)果其高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫性能和彈性恢復(fù)性能均較好。同時研究了不同基質(zhì)瀝青對各指標(biāo)的影響。并由對比試驗得出上述參量對橡膠瀝青性能指標(biāo)的影響有相似的規(guī)律。另外,研究了橡膠瀝青各性能指標(biāo)間的關(guān)系,得出了軟化點(diǎn)與回彈恢復(fù)、延度存在一定的關(guān)系。即橡膠瀝青的高溫穩(wěn)定性性能與抗疲勞性能、低溫抗裂性能性能存在著一定關(guān)系。為使膠粉與瀝青攪拌更均勻,改進(jìn)了橡膠瀝青生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的攪拌系統(tǒng)。通過獨(dú)特的設(shè)計,可以實現(xiàn)很好的循環(huán)流以及湍動流。利用Pro/E建立了攪拌器的模型,確定了攪拌罐的幾何尺寸,攪拌葉片布置形式為三層攪拌葉片結(jié)構(gòu),最上面那組葉片和第二第三組安裝方向相反。因此該結(jié)構(gòu)可對反應(yīng)儲存罐內(nèi)的混合物進(jìn)行劇烈的對流翻滾攪拌。將廢舊輪胎膠粉應(yīng)用于高速路上面層,既能有效解決廢舊橡膠輪胎的污染問題,還可以提高路面的使用性能、降低瀝青的使用成本,符合我國“環(huán)保、生態(tài)、再生、節(jié)約”的政策導(dǎo)向,將會創(chuàng)造良好的社會效益以及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該項目對橡膠瀝青上面層工程的實施和橡膠瀝青技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實用價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the performance of rubber asphalt is studied by laboratory test method based on the construction of the upper surface of the West Xianbei Loop Highway. In this paper, the effects of rubber powder content, fineness and kinds of matrix asphalt on the properties of rubber asphalt were studied through laboratory tests. The compatibility of Xi'an Zhongxuan rubber powder with SK-90 and Shell 90 asphalt was studied, and the relationship between the content of rubber powder and the viscosity, softening point, cone penetration, elastic recovery and ductility of rubber asphalt was compared. Judging from the important parameter viscosity, the content of rubber powder is 22%, the number of rubber powder is 40 mesh, the asphalt choice is SK-90 and Shell 90. Its compatibility test results show that its high temperature stability, low temperature performance and elastic recovery performance are better. At the same time, the influence of different base asphalt on each index was studied. The influence of the above parameters on the rubber asphalt performance index is obtained by the contrast test. In addition, the relationship between the performance index of rubber asphalt and the softening point and springback recovery and ductility are studied. That is to say, the high temperature stability of rubber asphalt is related to fatigue resistance and low temperature crack resistance. In order to make the mixing of rubber powder and asphalt more uniform, the mixing system of rubber asphalt production equipment was improved. Through the unique design, good circulation flow and turbulent flow can be realized. The model of agitator is established by using Pro/E, and the geometric size of agitator is determined. The arrangement of agitating blade is in the form of three-layer agitator blade structure, and the upper group of blades and the second and the third group have the opposite installation direction. Therefore, the structure can be used to agitate the mixture in the reactor. The application of waste tire rubber powder on the upper surface of highway can effectively solve the pollution problem of waste rubber tire, improve the performance of pavement and reduce the cost of asphalt, which is in line with the "environmental protection, ecology and regeneration" in our country. The policy direction of saving will create good social and economic benefits. This project has important theoretical and practical value for the implementation of rubber asphalt overlay engineering and the development of rubber asphalt technology.
