【摘要】：研究目的:為解決目前超長(zhǎng)大直徑鉆孔灌注樁鋼筋籠在制作、吊裝、安放過程中的變形及安放精度等問題,本文利用橋梁專業(yè)有限元軟件Midas/civil對(duì)超長(zhǎng)大直徑鉆孔灌注樁鋼筋籠進(jìn)行建模分析,模擬鋼筋籠在制作過程中各個(gè)工序的受力狀態(tài)以及變形情況,對(duì)鋼筋籠的制作與安放質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制。研究結(jié)論:(1)鋼筋籠采用鐖28的HRB335級(jí)鋼筋作為主筋,I12.6為箍筋,吊運(yùn)時(shí)吊點(diǎn)離端部4 m,下放采用16根鐖32 mm的主筋為吊筋,分4組吊裝在工字鋼的兩兩交匯點(diǎn),能較好地控制制作與吊裝過程的應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變;(2)鋼筋籠加工采用長(zhǎng)線法,每4 m沿圓周均勻布置4個(gè)保護(hù)層鋼筋,上下組保護(hù)層水平方向錯(cuò)開200 cm,可以保證樁身混凝土保護(hù)層厚度,吊裝時(shí)利用170 t龍門吊和50 t履帶吊同時(shí)起吊;(3)保持鋼筋籠主筋對(duì)接加工與安裝的統(tǒng)一性和從材料及施工過程控制聲測(cè)管的質(zhì)量,可以有效地避免安全事故,可為以后在濱海地帶進(jìn)行超長(zhǎng)大直徑鉆孔灌注樁的施工提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of deformation and precision in the process of making, hoisting, placing, and so on, in order to solve the problems of superlong and large-diameter bored cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage. In this paper, the bridge professional finite element software Midas/civil is used to model and analyze the reinforcement cage of super-long and large-diameter bored cast-in-place pile. The quality of making and placing steel cage is controlled. Conclusion 1) in the steel cage, the HRB335 grade reinforcing bar of Yi-28 is used as the stirrups, the lifting point is 4m from the end of hoisting, and the 16 main tendons of 32 mm are used as hoisting bars, which are hoisted in four groups at the intersection of I-steel. The stress and strain of fabrication and hoisting process can be well controlled. The long line method is used in the processing of steel cage. Four protective layer steel bars are arranged evenly every 4 m along the circumference. The horizontal direction of the upper and lower protective layers is 200 cm staggered, which can ensure the thickness of the concrete cover of the pile body. During hoisting, 170 t gantry crane and 50 t crawler crane are used to hoist and hoist 3) to keep the unity of the connection processing and installation of the main reinforcement in the steel cage and to control the quality of the acoustic tube from the material and construction process, which can effectively avoid the safety accident. It can provide some reference for the construction of long and large diameter bored pile in coastal zone.
