城市公共自行車租賃點(diǎn)布局及配置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著城市交通問(wèn)題的日益突現(xiàn),現(xiàn)代公共自行車系統(tǒng)越來(lái)越引起政府、相關(guān)部門和學(xué)者的重視。當(dāng)前我國(guó)很多城市都已經(jīng)加入到建設(shè)公共自行車系統(tǒng)的行列當(dāng)中,其實(shí)際運(yùn)行過(guò)程中突現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題如“借還車難”等降低了用戶體驗(yàn),影響著公共自行車系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)作,制約著公共自行車系統(tǒng)的良好發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)已經(jīng)建設(shè)的公共自行車租賃點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)如何進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,但目前還沒(méi)有引起學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注,本文即以此為切入點(diǎn),分析其影響因素,構(gòu)建優(yōu)化模型。首先,論文分析了自行車交通優(yōu)勢(shì)及特點(diǎn)、適用城市條件,介紹公共自行車定義特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從適用人群、服務(wù)范圍、使用時(shí)間、交通出行四個(gè)方面定位公共自行車系統(tǒng)功能。然后,介紹了公共自行車IC卡用戶監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的采集方法及預(yù)處理內(nèi)容,并基于結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的相關(guān)方法,通過(guò)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)例,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析租借人群的特征、租賃點(diǎn)的特征和租借行為的特征,得出一些特征指標(biāo)的合理取值范圍和變化規(guī)律。在特征分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合借還車需求分布分析和需求點(diǎn)-租賃點(diǎn)選擇模型,對(duì)小區(qū)需求進(jìn)行多元回歸分析。最后,論文確定了備選租賃點(diǎn)的選取原則,提出影響租賃點(diǎn)布局及配置優(yōu)化的主要因素,定性分析租賃點(diǎn)布局及配置的目的及策略之間的內(nèi)在矛盾關(guān)系,提出優(yōu)化思路,建立以用戶出行成本、系統(tǒng)建設(shè)成本和運(yùn)營(yíng)調(diào)度成本最低的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,并基于模糊集隸屬函數(shù)理論,設(shè)計(jì)出模型的求解方法;選取基于中山市公共自行車系統(tǒng)的算例,基于MATLAB軟件平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)模型求解步驟求解優(yōu)化方案,并將優(yōu)化前后結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了模型算法的可行性,可為決策者提供優(yōu)化措施參考建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing emergence of urban traffic problems, the modern public bicycle system has attracted more and more attention from the government, relevant departments and scholars. At present, many cities in our country have joined in the construction of public bicycle system, and the problems that appear in the actual operation process, such as "difficult to return a car", have reduced the user experience and affected the normal operation of the public bicycle system. It restricts the good development of public bicycle system. Therefore, the research on how to optimize the public bicycle rental point system, which has been built, has important practical significance, but at present it has not aroused the widespread concern of scholars. The optimization model is constructed. First of all, the paper analyzes the advantages and characteristics of bicycle traffic, applicable to urban conditions, introduces the definition of public bicycle, the composition of the operation system, and on this basis from the applicable population, service range, use time, Four aspects of traffic travel positioning public bicycle system functions. Then, the paper introduces the collecting method and preprocessing content of public bicycle IC card user monitoring data, and based on the related methods of structure data discovery, through the example of running system, statistics and analysis of the characteristics of the leased crowd. The characteristics of lease point and the characteristics of leasing behavior are obtained, and the reasonable value range and variation law of some characteristic indexes are obtained. On the basis of characteristic analysis, combined with demand distribution analysis and demand point-lease point selection model, the multivariate regression analysis of community demand is carried out. Finally, the paper determines the selection principle of alternative lease points, puts forward the main factors that affect the layout and configuration optimization of leasing points, qualitatively analyzes the inherent contradiction relationship between the layout and allocation of leasing points and the strategies, and puts forward the optimization ideas. A multi-objective optimization model with the lowest cost of user travel, system construction and operation scheduling is established, and based on the fuzzy set membership function theory, the solution method of the model is designed, and the example based on Zhongshan Public Bicycle system is selected. Based on MATLAB software platform, the optimization scheme of model solving steps is realized, and the results before and after optimization are compared and analyzed, which verifies the feasibility of the model algorithm, and can provide the decision makers with reference suggestions for optimization measures.
