攪拌工藝對瀝青混合料攪拌均勻性的影響

【摘要】:伴隨著我國公路交通事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,人們對瀝青路面的質量和使用壽命要求也越來越高。瀝青混合料攪拌設備作為路面機械化施工的關鍵設備,其性能和水平直接決定著混合料的生產質量和效率。目前國內外對瀝青混合料攪拌工藝方面的研究較少,這使得大多數用戶在生產時仍是根據以往經驗來調整攪拌工藝參數的,沒有嚴格的理論依據和試驗數據,缺乏科學性,常會造成所制備瀝青成品料質量無法滿足使用要求,從而引發(fā)瀝青路面的早期破壞,降低其使用壽命。本文在明確攪拌目的和機理的基礎上,針對瀝青混合料攪拌過程的特殊性,分析了投料位置、投料順序、投料持續(xù)時間、充盈率以及攪拌時間等工藝參數對攪拌均勻性、攪拌效率和攪拌能耗的影響。結合理論分析,運用EDEM離散元軟件仿真模擬了不同參數對混合料攪拌效果的影響,為了驗證分析的正確性,設計了相關試驗方案,并在此基礎上進行了工地現場試驗和實驗室試驗。試驗結果表明:(1)投料位置對攪拌均勻性的影響程度是最顯著的,它主要影響著材料的初始分布均勻性,進而對攪拌質量和攪拌效率產生影響。橫向中央布置的投料位置形式優(yōu)于橫向單側布置和軸向端部布置。(2)投料持續(xù)時間主要影響著材料進入拌鍋的速率,它也是影響混合料攪拌質量和效率的一項重要工藝參數。隨著粉料投料持續(xù)時間的延長,混合料的攪拌均勻性有所改善,這得益于粉料投入攪拌器的速率較慢,可以實現充分分散,降低了與瀝青膠結成團的概率,從而提高了混合料的攪拌質量。(3)充盈率除影響攪拌器的攪拌質量和生產能力外,還對攪拌能耗有著顯著影響。在相同攪拌時間條件下,增大充盈率,可以提高攪拌器的生產率,但是攪拌功率和攪拌不均勻性也隨之增加。當充盈率超過60%繼續(xù)增大時,這種影響就更為顯著,此時需要適當延長攪拌時間才能保證混合料的攪拌質量,而這實際降低了攪拌器的生產率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway transportation in China, the quality and service life of asphalt pavement are required more and more. Asphalt mixture mixing equipment is the key equipment of road mechanization construction. Its performance and level directly determine the production quality and efficiency of the mixture. At present, there is little research on asphalt mixture mixing process at home and abroad, which makes most users adjust the mixing process parameters according to previous experience, without strict theoretical basis and test data, lack of scientific. The quality of asphalt finished material can not meet the requirement of use, which can lead to the early destruction of asphalt pavement and reduce its service life. According to the particularity of the mixing process of asphalt mixture, this paper analyzes the mixing uniformity of the process parameters such as the feeding position, feeding sequence, feeding duration, filling rate and mixing time on the basis of clear mixing purpose and mechanism. The effect of stirring efficiency and energy consumption. Combined with theoretical analysis, the influence of different parameters on mixing effect of mixture is simulated by using EDEM discrete element software. In order to verify the correctness of the analysis, the related test scheme is designed. On this basis, site tests and laboratory tests were carried out. The results show that the influence of feeding position on the mixing uniformity is the most significant, which mainly affects the initial distribution uniformity of the material, and then affects the mixing quality and the agitation efficiency. The feeding position of lateral central arrangement is superior to that of lateral unilateral arrangement and axial end arrangement. The feeding duration mainly affects the rate of material entering into the mixing pot, and it is also an important technological parameter affecting the mixing quality and efficiency of mixture. With the prolongation of the powder feeding time, the mixing uniformity of the mixture is improved, which is due to the fact that the powder is put into the agitator at a slower rate, which can achieve full dispersion and reduce the probability of agglomeration with asphalt. Thus, the mixing quality of the mixture is improved. The filling ratio not only affects the agitator's mixing quality and production capacity, but also has a significant effect on the mixing energy consumption. Under the same stirring time, the productivity of agitator can be improved by increasing the filling ratio, but the mixing power and inhomogeneity also increase. When the filling ratio is more than 60%, the effect is more obvious. In this case, the mixing quality can be guaranteed by prolonging the mixing time properly, which actually reduces the agitator productivity.
