基于生命周期信息化模型的中等城市公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃理論與實踐

【摘要】:隨著城市交通的不斷發(fā)展,公共交通作為主要交通方式的優(yōu)勢越來越明顯,針對公共交通進行規(guī)劃已成為緩解城市交通壓力、提高出行效率的重要方式。研究城市公交的建設(shè)進程,有利于提高公交服務(wù)水平、降低運營成本并提高公交系統(tǒng)的運行效率。本文針對中等城市公交的發(fā)展特點,在總結(jié)前人經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一套較為行之有效的城市公交全生命周期的建設(shè)方案。首先,借鑒建筑行業(yè)BIM的應(yīng)用,建立公交建設(shè)的信息交流平臺,將城市公交建設(shè)按時間分為三個階段,四個步驟,明確各步驟中各參與方的職責(zé)。其次,以某城市為例,對城市公交設(shè)計階段的公交設(shè)計進行闡述,通過分析某城市公交運行現(xiàn)狀,對城市公交進行設(shè)計,確定城市公交線網(wǎng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)形式,設(shè)計公交線路及場站,并建立公交問題的診斷方法,確定公交線路診斷指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然后,針對公交運營階段的線路調(diào)整,通過對公交出行的具體調(diào)查,并從線路布局與公交運營兩方面提出線路調(diào)整方法,并對調(diào)整后的線路進行對比評價。最后,針對發(fā)車間隔問題,通過遺傳算法編程進行優(yōu)化,得到居民較為滿意且兼顧企業(yè)成本的發(fā)車間隔。針對部分線路是否開通大站快車,建立基于居民出行方式選擇意愿的Logit模型,通過參數(shù)標(biāo)定及模型檢驗,得出影響居民對大站快車方式選擇的顯著性影響因素,并總結(jié)出大站快車站點布置原則。通過對某城市公交建設(shè)進程研究,得出一套較為完整且行之有效的城市公交建設(shè)流程方案,可作為其他中等城市公交發(fā)展的參考,對城市進行交通規(guī)劃、提高出行效率、緩解城市交通壓力及降低公交運營成本有著十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban traffic, the advantages of public transport as the main mode of transportation are becoming more and more obvious. Planning for public transport has become an important way to alleviate the pressure of urban traffic and improve travel efficiency. The research on the construction process of urban public transport is beneficial to improve the level of public transport service, reduce the operation cost and improve the efficiency of the public transport system. In view of the characteristics of the development of public transport in medium cities and on the basis of summing up the previous experiences, this paper puts forward a set of more effective construction plan of the whole life cycle of urban public transport. Firstly, using the application of BIM in the construction industry as reference, the information exchange platform of public transport construction is established, and the urban public transport construction is divided into three stages and four steps according to time, and the responsibilities of the participants in each step are clarified. Secondly, taking a certain city as an example, this paper expounds the public transport design in the design stage of urban public transport, through analyzing the operation status of a certain city's public transport, designs the urban public transport, and determines the organization structure of the urban transit network. The bus line and station are designed, and the diagnosis method of public transportation problem is established, and the diagnostic index standard of bus line is determined. Then, according to the route adjustment of the public transport operation stage, through the specific investigation of the public transport trip, and put forward the route adjustment method from the two aspects of the route layout and the bus operation, and carry on the contrast evaluation to the adjusted line. Finally, in view of the problem of departure interval, genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the departure interval, which is satisfactory to the residents and takes into account the cost of the enterprise. The Logit model based on residents' willingness to choose the way to travel is established in view of whether part of the lines are open to express trains at large stations. Through parameter calibration and model test, the significant factors affecting the choice of express modes of large stations are obtained. And summed up the main station express station layout principles. Through the research on the construction process of a certain city's public transport, a set of relatively complete and effective urban transit construction flow scheme is obtained, which can be used as a reference for the development of public transport in other medium cities, and carry on the traffic planning to the city to improve the travel efficiency. It is of great significance to relieve urban traffic pressure and reduce bus operation cost.
