中國(guó)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)港口效率比較研究

【摘要】:運(yùn)用超效率DEA視窗測(cè)度2009-2014年中國(guó)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)7大港口的效率,及Malmquist指數(shù)分析港口效率差異的原因,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)港口效率存在上升趨勢(shì),但目前大多超效率DEA是無效的,且存在明顯的梯度差異,深圳港和天津港效率最高,而珠海港和福州港效率最低;技術(shù)進(jìn)步始終是港口全要素生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)的促進(jìn)因素,綜合技術(shù)效率受到規(guī)模效率的影響較大。因此,可利用自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)政策優(yōu)勢(shì)實(shí)現(xiàn)港腹互動(dòng),并注重同一自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)港口差異化發(fā)展和協(xié)同合作,協(xié)同提高技術(shù)進(jìn)步和綜合技術(shù)效率。
[Abstract]:The efficiency of seven ports in the China Free Trade Test area (FTAZ) from 2009 to 2014 is measured by using the super-efficiency DEA window, and the causes of port efficiency difference are analyzed by Malmquist index. The empirical results show that the port efficiency of the FTAZ is on the rise. However, at present, most of the super-efficiency DEA is ineffective, and there are obvious gradient differences. Shenzhen Port and Tianjin Port have the highest efficiency, while Pearl Harbor and Fuzhou Port have the lowest efficiency, and technological progress has always been the promotion factor of the port total factor productivity growth. Comprehensive technical efficiency is greatly affected by scale efficiency. Therefore, we can make use of the policy advantage of the free trade experimental area to realize the interaction between ports and abdomen, and pay attention to the differentiation development and cooperation of the port in the same free trade test area, so as to improve the technological progress and the comprehensive technical efficiency in a coordinated way.
