【摘要】：隨著重慶繞城高速公路、江津迎賓長(zhǎng)江大橋、幾江大橋的建成,幾江城區(qū)今后到重慶主城區(qū)車程不超過30分鐘。良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)必將促進(jìn)幾江城區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)得到進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,給幾江城區(qū)的城市建設(shè)、工業(yè)布局、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展等帶來深遠(yuǎn)而積極的影響。隨著城市的發(fā)展,城市的車流量、人行過街流量將會(huì)有很大提升,從行人安全過街角度,幾江城區(qū)幾個(gè)典型路段目前的行人過街方式是否能適應(yīng)未來交通發(fā)展,江津區(qū)政府就此提出對(duì)幾個(gè)典型路段行人過街方案進(jìn)行研究。這種研究對(duì)于典型路段的作用評(píng)估有著重要的意義。論文首先闡述了江津區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,包括人口、土地等,分析了江津區(qū)交通的發(fā)展情況和城市道路狀況。其次,對(duì)于典型路段的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,例如路段的車況、交通量等。通過以上兩方面的調(diào)查以及分析,了解了江津區(qū)的大致情況,這為我們的下一步工作奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。隨后,結(jié)合江津幾江城區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局情況等,將這一區(qū)域劃分為14個(gè)交通小區(qū),基于TransCAD的OD矩陣反推方法、TransCAD的OD矩陣反推流程及數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備,得到各交通小區(qū)規(guī)劃年的P、A交通量,從而分析江津區(qū)出行生成總量、交通發(fā)生量預(yù)測(cè)、交通吸引量預(yù)測(cè)、交通分布、交通分配。最后,對(duì)典型的路段的行人過街方案進(jìn)行分析,其中包括對(duì)行人過街方案適用性對(duì)比,對(duì)客運(yùn)中心環(huán)島,蜀果酒店旁,橋南路與鼎山大道交匯處等幾處地方進(jìn)行交通量的需求預(yù)測(cè),行人過街方案分析等。本文通過對(duì)13個(gè)點(diǎn)交通量、過街客流量、觀測(cè)點(diǎn)路況現(xiàn)狀及未來需求預(yù)測(cè)分析,對(duì)于這13個(gè)點(diǎn)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)提出了一些改進(jìn)的建議,包括對(duì)道路的建設(shè)方式,流量的控制等方面。
[Abstract]:With the completion of Chongqing City Expressway, Jiang Jin Yingbin Yangtze River Bridge, Jijiang Bridge, Jijiang City will be no longer than 30 minutes drive from Chongqing main urban area. Good location advantage will promote the further development of economy and society in Jijiang urban area, and bring profound and positive influence to the urban construction, industrial layout and agricultural development of Jijiang urban area. With the development of the city, the traffic flow of the city and the traffic flow across the street will be greatly improved. From the point of view of pedestrian safety crossing, can the current pedestrian crossing modes of several typical sections of the Jijiang urban area adapt to the future traffic development? The Jiang Jin district government put forward several typical pedestrian crossing schemes. This kind of research has important significance for the function evaluation of typical road sections. Firstly, the present situation of Jiang Jin area, including population, land and so on, is expounded, and the development of traffic and urban roads in Jiang Jin area are analyzed. Secondly, the current situation of typical road sections is analyzed, such as traffic conditions and traffic volume. Through the investigation and analysis of the above two aspects, we know the general situation of the Jiang Jin area, which lays a good foundation for our next work. Then, according to the industrial layout of Jiang Jin Jijiang City, this area is divided into 14 traffic districts. The OD matrix inverse extrapolation method based on TransCAD is used to estimate the flow and data preparation of OD matrix, and the traffic volume of each traffic district planning year is obtained. Thus, the total amount of trip generation, traffic volume prediction, traffic attraction prediction, traffic distribution and traffic distribution in Jiang Jin area are analyzed. Finally, the paper analyzes the pedestrian crossing schemes of typical road sections, including the applicability comparison of pedestrian crossing schemes, the passenger transport center around the island, Shuguo Hotel, The traffic demand of Qiaongnan Road and Dingshan Road Interchange is forecasted and pedestrian crossing scheme is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the traffic volume, the traffic flow, the traffic condition and the future demand forecast of the 13 points, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the 13 points, including the road construction mode, the flow control and so on.
