建筑信息模型(BIM)在橋梁工程上的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)以來(lái),信息化技術(shù)的蓬勃發(fā)展給各個(gè)行業(yè)帶來(lái)了翻天覆地變化,尤其是制造工業(yè)、電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)等。伴隨我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目復(fù)雜程度越來(lái)越高,參與項(xiàng)目的單位數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)的同時(shí),各部門之間的工作銜接亦愈加頻繁密切,這樣勢(shì)必就對(duì)各單位相互之問(wèn)信息的傳遞以及共享提出了更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。因此,在建筑領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用信息化技術(shù)是現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展方向。BIM,即Building Information Modeling(建筑信息模型),是促進(jìn)建筑信息化過(guò)程的重要技術(shù)手段。本論文將BIM與橋梁工程結(jié)合起來(lái),探索BIM在橋梁工程的具體應(yīng)用。論文研究分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外BIM在橋梁工程中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)前人對(duì)于BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程上的應(yīng)用研究不足,從而明確了研究的內(nèi)容和方向。論文介紹了BIM的基本概念,在工具、方法和結(jié)果三個(gè)層面上分析了BIM技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)CAD技術(shù)的不同,并進(jìn)一步闡述了BIM的相關(guān)軟件,并且介紹了要在一個(gè)項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)要遵循的五大標(biāo)準(zhǔn):可視化、協(xié)調(diào)、模擬、優(yōu)化、出圖。論文結(jié)合BIM特征,探究了BIM技術(shù)在橋梁工程的可行性研究、設(shè)計(jì)、施工以及運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)等階段的相關(guān)應(yīng)用,并以BIM核心建模軟件為基礎(chǔ),研究了Civil 3D和Revit軟件的交互使用快速建立橋梁三維信息模型的方法,并拓展了Revit“族”庫(kù);在此基礎(chǔ)上更進(jìn)一步研究Revit體量環(huán)境建模功能,創(chuàng)建了一種針對(duì)縱坡不為零的具有空間復(fù)雜線形橋梁的體量建模方法。論文以深圳前海七號(hào)橋項(xiàng)目為例,開發(fā)了基于BIM技術(shù)的橋梁建模、鋼筋設(shè)計(jì),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程量的自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)和碰撞檢查等方面在橋梁工程上的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the vigorous development of information technology has brought tremendous changes to various industries, especially manufacturing industry, electronic information industry and so on. With the continuous development of the construction industry in China, the complexity of the project is becoming more and more high, while the number of units participating in the project is increasing, and the work interface between the various departments is becoming more and more frequent and close. In this way, higher standards must be put forward for the transmission and sharing of information among different units. Therefore, the application of information technology in the field of architecture is the current development direction. BIM, that is, Building Information Modeling( building information model, is an important technical means to promote the process of building information. This paper combines BIM with bridge engineering to explore the application of BIM in bridge engineering. This paper studies and analyzes the application status of BIM in bridge engineering at home and abroad, and finds that the previous research on the application of BIM technology in bridge engineering is not enough, so the content and direction of the research are clarified. This paper introduces the basic concept of BIM, analyzes the difference between BIM technology and traditional CAD technology at the three levels of tools, methods and results, and further expounds the related software of BIM. This paper also introduces five standards to be followed in the application of BIM in a project: visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and drawing. Combined with the characteristics of BIM, this paper explores the application of BIM technology in the stages of bridge engineering feasibility study, design, construction, operation and maintenance, and based on the core modeling software of BIM. In this paper, the interactive use of Civil 3D and Revit software is studied to establish the bridge 3D information model quickly, and the Revit "family" library is extended. On the basis of this, the modeling function of Revit volume environment is further studied. A volume modeling method for linear bridges with spatial complexity is proposed. Taking the Qianhai No.7 Bridge Project in Shenzhen as an example, the paper develops the bridge modeling based on BIM technology, the design of steel bar, and realizes the application of automatic statistic of engineering quantity and collision inspection in bridge engineering.
