【摘要】：鉆孔灌注樁是橋涵工程中樁基礎(chǔ)的一種形式,在橋涵工程中應(yīng)用廣泛。它具有承載能力好、施工作業(yè)方便、設(shè)備簡單、操作程序化的優(yōu)點,近些年來,在我國得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。樁基工程造價高,完工后修復(fù)困難,所以有必要對鉆孔灌注樁的混凝土配合比設(shè)計和施工工藝進行深入的研究,提出施工過程中的質(zhì)量控制措施,以達到工程順利完成的目的。本文以鉆孔灌注樁水下混凝土的配合比設(shè)計和具體施工工藝作為切入點,結(jié)合實際工程案例,對鉆孔灌注樁進行詳細(xì)介紹。第二章介紹混凝土配合比設(shè)計方法,包括各種影響因素對配合比的具體影響,最后進行配合比的實例研究。第三章結(jié)合試驗數(shù)據(jù),對灌注樁混凝土進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,闡述粉煤灰對混凝土配合比優(yōu)化方面的重要作用。第四章介紹灌注樁施工工藝,從鄭民高速某段灌注樁實際案例出發(fā),詳細(xì)介紹鉆孔灌注樁施工的整個流程,對混凝土成孔和灌注中出現(xiàn)的問題進行探討。鉆孔灌注樁施工工序較多,每一道工序的施工都必須認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格的進行,每道工序之間的銜接尤為重要。通過對本文上述問題的研究,可以使施工進程科學(xué)規(guī)范,同時可以加強施工質(zhì)量,降低安全風(fēng)險,提高經(jīng)濟效益,為我們的日常工作提供指導(dǎo)和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Bored pile is a form of pile foundation in bridge and culvert engineering and is widely used in bridge and culvert engineering. It has the advantages of good carrying capacity, convenient construction, simple equipment and programmed operation. In recent years, it has been widely used in China. The construction cost of pile foundation is high and it is difficult to repair it after completion, so it is necessary to deeply study the design of concrete mixture ratio and construction technology of bored pile, and put forward the quality control measures in the construction process so as to achieve the purpose of the successful completion of the project. In this paper, the proportion design and concrete construction technology of underwater concrete of bored pile are taken as the starting point. Combined with practical engineering cases, the paper introduces the bored pile in detail. The second chapter introduces the concrete mix proportion design method, including the concrete influence of various factors on the mix ratio, and finally carries on the concrete mix proportion example research. The third chapter combines the test data to optimize the concrete design of cast-in-place pile, and expounds the important role of fly ash in the optimization of concrete mix ratio. The fourth chapter introduces the construction technology of cast-in-place pile, starting from the actual case of a certain section of Zhengmin high speed cast-in-place pile, introduces the whole process of bored pile construction in detail, and probes into the problems in the formation of concrete hole and in pouring. There are many construction procedures of bored pile, so the construction of each procedure must be carried out seriously and strictly, and the connection between each process is particularly important. Through the study of the above problems in this paper, we can make the construction process scientific and standard, at the same time, we can strengthen the construction quality, reduce the safety risk, increase the economic benefit, and provide the guidance and theoretical basis for our daily work.
