尾礦砂配制農(nóng)村公路混凝土性能研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑行業(yè)的蒸蒸日上,混凝土的需求量也在日益增長(zhǎng),混凝土中的砂、石等原材料出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的危機(jī),而隨著冶金工業(yè)的發(fā)展,尾礦砂的產(chǎn)生量不斷增加,尾礦砂的存在嚴(yán)重破壞了周圍的自然環(huán)境,對(duì)人類的生活造成了一定的危害。農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)是當(dāng)前我國(guó)公路交通事業(yè)的重點(diǎn)工作,它是連接城市和農(nóng)村之間的紐帶。由于農(nóng)村公路車速低,車流量較少,所以對(duì)于農(nóng)村公路,水泥混凝土路面具有群眾參與程度高、可以就地取材和養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),符合農(nóng)村公路建設(shè)需要發(fā)動(dòng)群眾、依靠群眾的方針。本文采用尾礦砂替代天然砂配制出了C20~C40不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的農(nóng)村公路混凝土,研究了尾礦砂混凝土的工作性能、力學(xué)性能、抗收縮性能和抗?jié)B性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,尾礦砂混凝土具有優(yōu)異的工作性能和較高的抗壓和抗彎拉強(qiáng)度,能夠滿足農(nóng)村公路混凝土對(duì)于工作性能和力學(xué)性能的要求,同時(shí)還具有較好的抗收縮性能和抗?jié)B性能。因此,尾礦砂可以替代天然砂用于農(nóng)村公路混凝土中。在農(nóng)村公路混凝土中,利用尾礦砂替代天然砂,不僅解決了混凝土用砂緊缺的問題、又能充分利用工業(yè)廢料、節(jié)約資源與能源、保護(hù)環(huán)境,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the construction industry and the increasing demand for concrete, the raw materials such as sand and stone in concrete have appeared serious crisis. With the development of metallurgical industry, the production of tailings sand is increasing. The existence of tailings sand has seriously damaged the surrounding environment and caused certain harm to human life. Village highway construction is the key work of the current road traffic in China. It is the link between the city and the countryside. Because of the low speed of the rural highway and the less traffic, the cement concrete pavement has the advantages of the high participation of the masses, the less cost of the ground material and the maintenance cost, which is in line with the construction of the rural highway. In order to mobilize the masses and rely on the policy of the masses, this paper uses the tailings sand instead of natural sand to make up the rural highway concrete with different strength grades of C20~C40, and studies the working performance, mechanical properties, anti shrinkage and seepage resistance of the tailings sand concrete. The experimental results show that the tailings sand concrete has excellent working performance and higher performance. Compressive and flexural tensile strength can meet the requirements of rural highway concrete for work performance and mechanical properties, but also have better anti shrinkage and seepage resistance. Therefore, tailings sand can be used instead of natural sand in rural highway concrete. In rural highway concrete, the use of tailings instead of natural sand is not only solved. The shortage of sand in concrete can also make full use of industrial waste, save resources and energy, protect the environment, have good economic and social benefits. It is of great significance to the economic construction of our country.
