隧道襯砌致害機理與加固措施研究

【摘要】:近年來,伴隨著我國交通的發(fā)展,公路隧道和鐵路隧道大規(guī)模的建設(shè),然而相當比例的運營隧道存在不同程度的襯砌缺陷和病害問題,嚴重影響了襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。本文綜合運用理論分析和數(shù)值模擬提出缺陷的判定標準,同時搜集襯砌加固資料等多種技術(shù)研究手段,對隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量缺陷和病害的一般規(guī)律和襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)安全系數(shù)的影響規(guī)律及隧道加固整治措施進行了深入研究,主要工作及研究成果總結(jié)如下:(1)研究了隧道的常見缺陷:襯砌厚度不足、鋼筋數(shù)量不足、襯砌背后存在空洞。其中隧道襯砌厚度的不足和鋼筋數(shù)量不足會直接導致隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力的降低,襯砌背后存在空洞時,襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)承受較大側(cè)壓,其上邊緣容易受拉開裂,當隧道存在滲漏水時,滲漏水通過空洞和裂縫進入襯砌結(jié)構(gòu),將造成滲漏、凍害等。(2)基于有限元分析軟件建立了運營隧道襯砌厚度不足、背后空洞的缺陷模型,運用有限元分析軟件進行數(shù)值模擬,分析了襯砌厚度不足和背后空洞缺陷出現(xiàn)時,襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的變化情況,并依據(jù)鐵路隧道設(shè)計規(guī)范計算襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)安全系數(shù),并得出的變化規(guī)律。(3)針對不同缺陷,總結(jié)了相應的缺陷的判定標準,并對缺陷進行分級。根據(jù)缺陷的分級再考慮相應的對策。對現(xiàn)有的缺陷整治方法進行總結(jié),并針對不同的缺陷等級,提出相應的整治措施,對隧道缺陷整治具有一定指導意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of traffic in our country, highway tunnel and railway tunnel are built on a large scale. However, a considerable proportion of operating tunnels have different degree of lining defects and disease problems, which seriously affect the safety of lining structure. In this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to propose criteria for judging defects, and various technical research methods, such as collecting lining reinforcement data, are also collected. The general law of quality defects and defects of tunnel lining structure, the influence law of safety factor of lining structure and the measures of tunnel reinforcement and treatment are studied. The main work and research results are summarized as follows: 1) the common defects of the tunnel are studied: the thickness of lining is insufficient, the number of reinforcement is insufficient, and there are voids behind the lining. The insufficient thickness of tunnel lining and the insufficient number of reinforcement will directly lead to the reduction of the bearing capacity of tunnel lining structure. When there are holes behind the lining, the lining structure is subjected to greater lateral pressure, and the upper edge of the lining is susceptible to tensile cracking. When there is leakage water in tunnel, the leakage water enters the lining structure through holes and cracks, which will cause leakage, freezing damage, etc.) based on the finite element analysis software, the defect model of the tunnel lining thickness insufficiency and the cavity behind the tunnel is established. The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the internal force of the lining structure when the thickness of the lining is insufficient and the cavity defect appears behind the lining, and the safety factor of the lining structure is calculated according to the design code of the railway tunnel. According to different defects, the judgment standards of defects are summarized, and the defects are classified. Consider the corresponding countermeasures according to the classification of defects. The existing defect treatment methods are summarized and the corresponding regulation measures are put forward according to different defect grades, which has certain guiding significance for tunnel defect treatment.
