水泥混凝土路面板斷裂破壞過程分析研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國公路建設(shè)的發(fā)展,水泥混凝土路面的里程逐年增加,已建成的水泥混凝土路面中,結(jié)構(gòu)完好的路面板強(qiáng)度高、穩(wěn)定性好、耐久性好。但在開始出現(xiàn)斷板、脫空、錯(cuò)臺(tái)等病害后,后期破壞中路面板斷裂發(fā)展的速率遠(yuǎn)大于病害出現(xiàn)初期,路面板結(jié)構(gòu)完整性遭到破壞,承載能力降低,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載累計(jì)作用次數(shù)減少,服役年限遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于設(shè)計(jì)年限。本文針對(duì)這個(gè)問題作了如下研究:(1)單塊水泥混凝土路面板斷板后應(yīng)力、彎沉的變化規(guī)律研究。針對(duì)地基板理論和ANSYS有限元分析的特點(diǎn),建立了三維模型,并結(jié)合應(yīng)力諾莫圖驗(yàn)證模型的正確性。分析得出斷板尺寸和彎拉應(yīng)力、壓應(yīng)力、彎沉之間的關(guān)系。改變軸載在斷板上的位置,考察其應(yīng)力應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律。最后,推導(dǎo)出單塊路面板斷板尺寸和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載累計(jì)作用次數(shù)的關(guān)系,分析斷板對(duì)斷裂過程的影響。(2)多塊水泥混凝土路面板脫空后應(yīng)力、彎沉的變化規(guī)律和破壞規(guī)律研究。在單塊路面板的基礎(chǔ)上加入傳力桿模型,建立板與板相互作用的三維實(shí)體模型。作脫空尺寸、脫空形態(tài)和路面板彎沉、彎拉應(yīng)力的關(guān)系圖,分析其作用前后變化規(guī)律。最后,推導(dǎo)出多塊路面板脫空形態(tài)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載累計(jì)作用次數(shù)的關(guān)系,分析脫空對(duì)斷裂的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of highway construction in China, the mileage of cement concrete pavement increases year by year. However, after the breakage, void removal, staggered platform and other diseases appeared, the rate of rupture and development of the damaged middle road panel in the later stage was much higher than that in the early stage of the disease, the structural integrity of the pavement panel was destroyed, the bearing capacity was reduced, and the accumulative action times of the standard axle load were reduced. Service life is far less than design life. In this paper, the following research is done: 1) the variation of stress and deflection of single cement concrete pavement slab after breaking. According to the characteristics of foundation plate theory and ANSYS finite element analysis, a three-dimensional model is established, and the correctness of the model is verified by the stress Normograph. The relationship between the size of broken plate and bending stress, compressive stress and deflection is obtained. By changing the position of the axial load on the broken plate, the variation of stress and strain is investigated. Finally, the relationship between the size of broken slab and the accumulative action times of standard axial load is deduced, and the influence of broken slab on fracture process is analyzed. (2) the stress, deflection and failure law of multi-block cement concrete pavement slab after void removal are studied. Based on the single block panel, the force transfer bar model is added to establish the three-dimensional solid model of the interaction between the plate and the plate. The relationship diagram of void size, void form, deflection of pavement face plate and bending tension stress is made, and the change law of the action is analyzed. Finally, the relationship between the void shape of multi-block slab and the accumulative action times of standard axle load is deduced, and the influence of void on the fracture is analyzed.
