單向交通實(shí)施效益分析及評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),城市中交通供需失衡的問(wèn)題也日益突顯。城市中部分地區(qū)由于道路資源分配不均而引發(fā)的諸多交通問(wèn)題,表明在這些地區(qū)實(shí)行傳統(tǒng)道路的雙向通行模式已經(jīng)不能較好得適應(yīng)人們的出行需求。單向交通作為一種城市道路交通流的組織形式,在大量的實(shí)踐中表現(xiàn)了其所具有的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了一些弊端。如何合理有效得分析單向交通的實(shí)施效益及評(píng)價(jià)方案效果對(duì)成功的單行組織十分重要。本文從單向交通的特性分析入手,分析了單向交通的實(shí)施對(duì)相應(yīng)路段、相交道路及周圍路網(wǎng)所帶來(lái)的效益提升及其所產(chǎn)生的不利影響。在現(xiàn)有的影響區(qū)域方法總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)單向交通的影響區(qū)域進(jìn)行了定義并進(jìn)行了合理的解釋說(shuō)明,同時(shí)對(duì)單向交通對(duì)交叉口效益的改善及其所產(chǎn)生了的繞行影響提供了新的分析方法。對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)理論進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)性的總結(jié),按照評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程的系統(tǒng)性、科學(xué)性、可操作性等相關(guān)原則,根據(jù)單向交通的特性分析結(jié)果及評(píng)價(jià)的需要建立了新的單向交通實(shí)施效益的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并對(duì)指標(biāo)選取的意義及量化方法進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。通過(guò)對(duì)指標(biāo)的歸類分析,提高了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性。通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有評(píng)價(jià)方法的原理、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及其適用性,依照所建立的指標(biāo)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)等提出了基于主成分分析方法(PCA)的主客觀賦權(quán)相結(jié)合的單向交通實(shí)施效益評(píng)價(jià)模型。對(duì)模型的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,同時(shí)引入有效性檢驗(yàn)理論,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行有效性檢驗(yàn),并將評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分類,為單行方案的改善和實(shí)施提供相應(yīng)的決策依據(jù)。最后,應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)南京市部分單行路段進(jìn)行效益評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)現(xiàn)狀交通調(diào)查獲取相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行了模型的實(shí)例論證,得到了所選評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論。針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中所產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題提出行了相應(yīng)的解決措施及建議,以改善南京市單向交通的實(shí)施效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the imbalance of traffic supply and demand in cities is becoming more and more prominent. Many traffic problems caused by the uneven distribution of road resources in some parts of the city show that the traditional two-way traffic mode in these areas has not been able to adapt to the travel needs of people. One-way traffic, as a form of organizing urban road traffic flow, has shown its unique advantages in a large number of practices, and has also produced some drawbacks. How to reasonably and effectively analyze the effect of one-way traffic and evaluate the effect of the scheme is very important to the successful organization. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics of one-way traffic, this paper analyzes the benefits and adverse effects of one-way traffic on the corresponding road sections, intersecting roads and surrounding road networks. On the basis of summing up the existing methods of influence area, the paper defines the influence area of one-way traffic and explains it reasonably. At the same time, it provides a new analysis method for the improvement of the efficiency and the bypass effect of the one-way traffic on the intersection. The evaluation theory is summarized systematically, according to the systematic, scientific, operable and other relevant principles of the evaluation process. According to the analysis results of one-way traffic characteristics and the needs of evaluation, a new evaluation index system of one-way traffic performance is established, and the significance and quantitative method of index selection are explained. The systematic and scientific evaluation results are improved through the classification and analysis of the indicators. By analyzing the principles, advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the existing evaluation methods, and according to the structural characteristics of the established index system, this paper puts forward a one-way traffic implementation benefit evaluation model based on the subjective and objective weights combined with the principal component analysis (PCA) method. At the same time, the validity test theory is introduced to test the effectiveness of the evaluation results, and the evaluation results are classified to provide the corresponding decision basis for the improvement and implementation of one-line schemes. Finally, the evaluation model is applied to evaluate the benefit of part of the single-lane road in Nanjing. The corresponding data are obtained through the current traffic survey, and the model is demonstrated by an example, and the evaluation conclusions of the selected evaluation objects are obtained. In order to improve the effect of one-way traffic in Nanjing, the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems in the evaluation process.
