聚酯纖維水泥穩(wěn)定碎石力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:為了研究聚酯纖維對水泥穩(wěn)定碎石力學(xué)性能的影響,對聚酯纖維水泥穩(wěn)定碎石和普通水泥穩(wěn)定碎石的劈裂抗拉強度、無側(cè)限抗壓強度和抗壓回彈模量進行了大量試驗,得到了聚酯纖維最佳摻量。同時,根據(jù)試驗結(jié)果的回歸分析,得出了聚酯纖維摻量與水泥穩(wěn)定碎石各力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)的關(guān)系式。試驗結(jié)果表明:聚酯纖維摻量小于0.7‰時,隨著纖維摻量的增加,水泥穩(wěn)定碎石各種強度有增加的趨勢,而其抗壓回彈模量逐漸降低。同時,通過Ansys有限元分析,對使用狀態(tài)的水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層在車輛荷載作用下的應(yīng)力分布進行模擬計算,研究了不同纖維摻量及不同齡期的基層應(yīng)力分布情況。數(shù)值計算結(jié)果表明:聚酯纖維水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層具有良好的承載能力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of polyester fiber on the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam, the splitting tensile strength, unconfined compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of polyester fiber cement stabilized macadam and ordinary cement stabilized macadam were tested.
