G42滬蓉高速公路奉云段分離式路基運營管理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:G42滬蓉高速公路奉節(jié)至云陽段是國家“7918”高速公路網(wǎng)上海至成都高速公路之一段,長約71km,穿越渝東北三峽庫區(qū)。受特殊的地形、地質(zhì)和水系條件等的制約,G42滬蓉高速公路奉云段地形地勢復(fù)雜,環(huán)境條件多變,設(shè)計建造了大量的分離式路基,多與橋、隧相連,且橋隧比例較高:分離式路基段長度累計達到了14.47km,約占路線總長度的20.37%,加上約60%的橋隧比,G42高速公路奉云段分離式路段比例超過了80%。山區(qū)高速公路分離式路段給高速公路事故現(xiàn)場的應(yīng)急救援造成了很大的困難。針對G42高速公路奉云段分離式路基和沿線橋隧分布情況,分析分離式路基段的運營安全特點,重點開展了以下方面的研究:(1)根據(jù)G42高速公路奉云段分離式路基路段及其與橋隧路段的組合情況,劃分路段管理單元。(2)分析高速公路分離式路基路段可能突發(fā)事件類型及嚴重程度劃分,研究G42高速公路奉云段突發(fā)事件聯(lián)動控制策略。(3)詳細地分析了高速公路交通事故應(yīng)急救援資源配置需求,制定了G42高速公路奉云段交通事故應(yīng)急救援資源的合理配置方案;(4)調(diào)查G42高速公路奉云段沿線路網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,建立應(yīng)急通道路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),制定了高速公路分離式路基段交通事故發(fā)生時應(yīng)采用的交通管制措施和交通引導(dǎo)方案。(5)全面評價分離式路基段及其與橋隧路段的組合對G42高速公路奉云段運營管理的影響,積極探索大面積、長距離分離式路基的運營管理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過研究成果的應(yīng)用,降低了突發(fā)事件對交通的影響,增強了突發(fā)事件下應(yīng)急保障能力,提高了運營管理水平,有效促進了G42奉云高速公路的安全暢通。
[Abstract]:The section from Fengjie to Yunyang of Hurong Expressway G42 is a section of the national "7918" highway network from Shanghai to Chengdu, which is about 71 km long and passes through the three Gorges Reservoir area of northeast Chongqing. Restricted by the special terrain, geology and water system conditions, the terrain of Fengyun section of the G42 Hu-rong Expressway is complex and the environmental conditions are changeable. A large number of separate subgrade have been designed and built, most of which are connected with bridges and tunnels. And the ratio of bridge and tunnel is high: the cumulative length of separated subgrade reaches 14.47 km, accounting for 20.37% of the total length of the route, plus about 60% of the bridge and tunnel ratio is more than 80% of the separated section of G42 freeway. The isolated section of mountain expressway has caused great difficulties to the emergency rescue of expressway accident site. In view of the distribution of separated subgrade and bridge and tunnel along Fengyun section of G42 expressway, the operation safety characteristics of separated subgrade section are analyzed. Focusing on the following aspects of research: 1) according to the G42 freeway Fengyun section of the separated subgrade section and its combination with the bridge and tunnel section, Division of section management unit. (2) Analysis of the type and severity of possible emergencies in separated roadbed sections of expressway. In this paper, the emergency control strategy of G42 freeway, Fengyun section, is studied, and the need of emergency rescue resource allocation for expressway traffic accident is analyzed in detail. The rational allocation scheme of emergency rescue resources for traffic accidents in Fengyun section of G42 Expressway is established. The investigation of the current situation of the road network along the Fengyun section of G42 Expressway is carried out, and the road network system of emergency passageway is established. The traffic control measures and traffic guidance scheme for separated roadbed section of expressway are formulated. The comprehensive evaluation of the influence of separated subgrade section and its combination with bridge and tunnel section on the operation and management of Fengyun section of G42 expressway is made. Explore the key technology of operation and management of large area and long distance separated roadbed. Through the application of the research results, the impact of emergencies on traffic is reduced, the ability of emergency support under emergencies is enhanced, the level of operation management is improved, and the safety and smooth flow of G42 Fengyun Expressway is effectively promoted.
