【摘要】：基于管幕-箱涵頂進工法施工的數(shù)值仿真模型,對涵洞斜穿鐵路線施工過程中的地層變形規(guī)律進行分析,提出采用"有線儀器導(dǎo)向,一次性跟管鉆進法"技術(shù)和控制箱涵頂進軸線位置、頂進速度和頂進力等地層沉降控制措施,并對箱涵頂進過程中的地層沉降進行現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測.結(jié)果表明:管棚的沉降主要發(fā)生在開挖面前段10m范圍內(nèi);管幕-箱涵施工過程中地層變形主要是由管棚和箱涵對土體的擠壓擾動引起的;本文提出的地層沉降控制措施可將沉降控制在15mm以內(nèi).
[Abstract]:Based on the numerical simulation model of pipe curtain and box culvert jacking construction, this paper analyzes the formation deformation law in the construction process of culvert inclined through railway line, and puts forward the method of "wire instrument guide". The one-off pipe following drilling method is used to control the position of jacking axis, the velocity and force of jacking, and to monitor the formation settlement in the process of jacking of box culvert. The results show that the settlement of pipe-shed occurs mainly within 10m of the front section of the excavating surface, and the deformation of the stratum during the construction of the pipe-curtain box culvert is mainly caused by the squeezing disturbance of the pipe shed and the box culvert to the soil. The settlement control measures proposed in this paper can control the settlement within 15mm.
