含襯砌空洞的高鐵隧道結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:對(duì)于目前人們通常采用的長(zhǎng)線出行方式高鐵來說,隧道是其不可缺少的一部分。隨著隧道工程的猛增,其帶來的一系列安全性問題便不容忽視,各類病害的出現(xiàn)威脅著行車安全,因此對(duì)隧道的病害研究便顯得尤為必要。隧道的病害多種多樣,本文依托國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(U1434211),選定高鐵隧道常出現(xiàn)的襯砌背后空洞缺陷作為研究對(duì)象,考究其在列車振動(dòng)荷載作用下的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)規(guī)律。設(shè)計(jì)之初,襯砌與圍巖是一個(gè)相互結(jié)合緊密的整體,但是由于后期環(huán)境、施工、運(yùn)營(yíng)等一系列因素,造成隧道襯砌內(nèi)含有空洞與圍巖之間形成空洞或者襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)背后出現(xiàn)不同程度的空洞,而且?guī)毕莸母哞F隧道在列車振動(dòng)荷載作用下的影響具有不確定性、空洞的發(fā)現(xiàn)具有隱蔽性、空洞的修復(fù)具有困難性,因此研究其在列車振動(dòng)荷載作用下的影響尤為迫切。本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:(1)基于已有隧道及列車運(yùn)營(yíng)監(jiān)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合部分現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè),總結(jié)隧道襯砌內(nèi)含有空洞的分布規(guī)律及襯砌背后空洞情況下空洞尺寸分布特征,確定其分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并選擇典型研究對(duì)象的幾何尺寸作為本文的主要研究對(duì)象;(2)結(jié)合混凝土在形成之初便具備初始微缺陷的理論研究,推導(dǎo)出隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性損傷模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上引入彈塑性損傷能釋放率和損傷面,推導(dǎo)出含缺陷隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的損傷演化函數(shù)及相應(yīng)的本構(gòu)關(guān)系,從而引入到高速鐵路隧道模型當(dāng)中,使隧道病害分析更可靠準(zhǔn)確;(3)基于ABAQUS軟件,分別基于襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)含有空洞的情況及襯砌背后含空洞的情況建立有限元模型,設(shè)置不同工況,分析不同空洞大小、空洞位置時(shí)在列車振動(dòng)荷載作用下的動(dòng)力力學(xué)響應(yīng)規(guī)律;(4)總結(jié)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和變形行為,及其在反復(fù)動(dòng)力荷載作用下對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)缺陷部分的影響及隧道安全運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響。
[Abstract]:Tunnel is an indispensable part of long-distance high-speed rail which is commonly used at present. With the rapid increase of tunnel engineering, a series of safety problems can not be ignored. The emergence of various diseases threatens the safety of driving, so it is particularly necessary to study the tunnel diseases. There are many kinds of tunnel diseases. In this paper, based on the National Natural Science Foundation project U14342111, we select the defects behind the lining of high-speed railway tunnel as the research object, and study the dynamic response law of the tunnel under the action of train vibration load. At the beginning of the design, the lining and the surrounding rock were a tightly integrated whole, but due to a series of factors such as later environment, construction, operation and so on, The tunnel lining contains cavities formed between the surrounding rock and the surrounding rock, or there are holes in different degrees behind the lining structure, and the influence of the high-speed railway tunnel with defects under the train vibration load is uncertain. The discovery of voids is concealed and the repair of voids is difficult, so it is urgent to study the effect of cavitation under the action of train vibration. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the existing monitoring data of tunnel and train operation, combined with some field observations, the distribution law of cavities in tunnel lining and the size distribution characteristics of cavities in the case of cavities behind the lining are summarized. According to the theoretical study of initial microdefects in concrete, the elastoplastic damage model of tunnel lining structure is derived by determining the classification standard and selecting the geometric size of typical research object as the main research object in this paper. On the basis of this, the damage evolution function and the corresponding constitutive relation of the tunnel lining structure with defects are derived by introducing the elastic-plastic damage energy release rate and damage surface, and then the damage evolution function and the corresponding constitutive relation are derived, and then the damage evolution function is introduced into the tunnel model of high-speed railway. Based on ABAQUS software, the finite element model is established based on the case of the cavity in the lining structure and the cavity in the back of the lining, the different working conditions are set up, and the size of the cavity is analyzed. The dynamic mechanical response of the tunnel structure under the train vibration load is summarized. The behavior of the tunnel structure is summarized, and the influence of the repeated dynamic load on the defect part of the tunnel structure and the safe operation of the tunnel is also discussed.
