【摘要】：交通調(diào)查是交通工程學(xué)中一個重要組成部分,通過對交通現(xiàn)象進行調(diào)查,提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)信息,為交通規(guī)劃建設(shè),交通控制與管理,交通流理論研究等方面服務(wù)。交通觀測站是公路交通狀況調(diào)查統(tǒng)計和分析的主要來源,觀測站提供的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量直接影響到整區(qū)域公路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)和管理。因此,交通量觀測點布設(shè)得是否合理也顯得非常重要。隨著天津地區(qū)公路網(wǎng)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展,與之相適應(yīng)的為公路規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理服務(wù)的交通調(diào)查工作越來越重要。對公路交通量觀測點實施有系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃布設(shè)和整合,實現(xiàn)原有功能轉(zhuǎn)化而必須的史料調(diào)查遞沿。本布局規(guī)劃方法研究擬議系統(tǒng)分析為指導(dǎo),以現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)歸納分析為基礎(chǔ),通過對天津市高速公路交通調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和資料調(diào)研收集的基礎(chǔ)上,對天津市高速公路交通量調(diào)查站點的規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀進行綜合分析;通過對區(qū)域交通觀測站布設(shè)方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,制定天津市高速公路網(wǎng)交通調(diào)查站點布局規(guī)劃方案以及天津市高速公路交調(diào)數(shù)據(jù)管理結(jié)構(gòu)實施方;通過規(guī)劃布局方案以及數(shù)據(jù)管理結(jié)構(gòu)實施方案結(jié)果進行科學(xué)評價,使交調(diào)站點的布設(shè)科學(xué)合理,以滿足天津市高速公路交調(diào)工作需要。
[Abstract]:Traffic survey is an important part of traffic engineering. It provides accurate data and information for traffic planning and construction, traffic control and management, traffic flow theory research and so on. Traffic observation station is the main source of survey statistics and analysis of highway traffic situation. The quality of data provided by the observation station directly affects the construction and management of the whole regional highway network. Therefore, whether the traffic observation points are reasonable is also very important. With the construction and development of highway network in Tianjin, the traffic investigation for highway planning, construction and management is becoming more and more important. Systematic planning, layout and integration of highway traffic observation points are carried out to realize the historical investigation and transfer of historical materials necessary for the transformation of original functions. Under the guidance of the proposed system analysis of the layout planning method, based on field investigation and statistical data induction and analysis, based on the survey data and data collection of highway traffic survey in Tianjin, Based on the comprehensive analysis of the planning status of highway traffic survey stations in Tianjin, the layout method of regional traffic observation stations is studied. To formulate the plan of traffic survey station layout of Tianjin expressway network and the implementation of Tianjin expressway traffic survey data management structure, and to carry out scientific evaluation through the planning layout scheme and the result of data management structure implementation plan, In order to meet the needs of Tianjin freeway traffic dispatching, the layout of traffic station is scientific and reasonable.
