高速公路改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)夜間臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量的不斷升高,高速公路網(wǎng)所承擔(dān)的交通量不斷增加,越來越多的高速公路迫切需要進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建。目前大多數(shù)高速公路進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建施工過程中不封閉交通,車輛通行和改擴(kuò)建施工同時(shí)進(jìn)行,夜間由于高速公路交通量較小,施工對交通的干擾相對較小,許多工程選擇在夜間進(jìn)行施工,但目前我國對高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程夜間臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施的設(shè)置缺乏明確、合理的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)文件,給施工作業(yè)區(qū)的人員安全和車輛通行帶來隱患。因而,對高速公路改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)夜間臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施的設(shè)置進(jìn)行研究,對提高夜間施工作業(yè)區(qū)的交通安全和通行秩序具有重要的意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。作為《高速公路改擴(kuò)建交通組織設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)則》的一個(gè)專題,本文從駕駛?cè)艘归g視覺特性、注意力、反應(yīng)特性、操作特性和心理特性入手,分析了夜間條件下駕駛?cè)诵、生理水平對施工作業(yè)區(qū)駕駛的影響;根據(jù)高速公路改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)夜間道路路段的環(huán)境特性和交通特性,分析了夜間高速公路改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)影響交通安全的因素,系統(tǒng)闡述了高速公路改擴(kuò)建施工作業(yè)區(qū)夜間臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施的類型、形式及相關(guān)技術(shù)要求;根據(jù)高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程移動(dòng)施工作業(yè)區(qū)和固定施工作業(yè)區(qū)的不同特點(diǎn),分別對兩種施工作業(yè)區(qū)不同工況下夜間臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施的設(shè)置進(jìn)行了研究,并對相應(yīng)的臨時(shí)交通安全設(shè)施設(shè)置提出了具體要求。上述研究成果為《高速公路改擴(kuò)建交通組織設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)則》相關(guān)條文的編制提供了技術(shù)支持和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing number of motor vehicles in our country, the traffic volume on the highway network is increasing, and more and more expressways are urgently needed to be rebuilt and expanded. At present, most of the freeways are not closed in the construction process, and the traffic and expansion construction are carried out at the same time. At night, the highway is due to high speed public. The traffic volume of road is small, the interference of construction to traffic is relatively small, many projects are chosen at night to carry out construction. But at present, the setting of the temporary traffic safety facilities in the expressway reconstruction and extension project is lack of clear and reasonable technical guidance documents, which bring hidden danger to the safety of man and vehicle in the construction work area. The study on the setting of the night temporary traffic safety facilities in the construction area of the highway reconstruction and expansion is of great significance and practical application value for improving the traffic safety and traffic order in the night construction operation area. As a special subject of the traffic organization design rules for the expressway reconstruction and expansion, this article will pay attention to the night visual characteristics of the driver. Starting with the force, reaction characteristics, operation characteristics and psychological characteristics, the influence of driving in the construction operation area under the night condition is analyzed. According to the environmental characteristics and traffic characteristics of the night road section of the construction operation area, the influence of the traffic safety on the construction area of the high speed highway at night is analyzed. Factors, the types, forms and related technical requirements of the night temporary traffic safety facilities in the expressway reconstruction and extension construction area are systematically expounded. According to the different characteristics of the mobile construction operation area and the fixed construction operation area of the expressway reconstruction and expansion project, the safety facilities for the temporary traffic at night under the different working conditions of the two kinds of construction work areas are respectively carried out. The research results have provided the technical support and theoretical basis for the compilation of the detailed rules for the design of traffic organization for the expressway extension and expansion.
