廣東省山區(qū)高速公路軟基變形規(guī)律及沉降預(yù)測應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:軟土在廣東沿海地區(qū)或山間盆地都有廣泛分布,它們的成因類型、結(jié)構(gòu)和形態(tài)特征雖然不同,但都具有含水率大、壓縮性高、強(qiáng)度低和透水性差等特點(diǎn)。隨著高速公路延伸至山區(qū),受地質(zhì)、地形條件的限制,高填方路堤普遍存在,山間溝谷地帶分布的軟土直接影響高填方路堤的穩(wěn)定性,地基處理十分必要。軟土地基處理是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,影響因素眾多,在地基處理過程中,掌握軟土的分布和工程特性、選擇合適的地基處理方案并對路堤沉降進(jìn)行動態(tài)監(jiān)測和長期預(yù)測是研究的關(guān)鍵。本文以廣東省山區(qū)高速公路軟土地基處理關(guān)鍵技術(shù)為依托,采用堆載預(yù)壓和塑料排水板處理方案,探討了廣東山區(qū)高速公路軟土地基變形規(guī)律和沉降預(yù)測。通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)和理論分析,取得如下研究成果:1.分析了廣東山區(qū)軟土成因類型及分布特點(diǎn),對軟土物理力學(xué)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,分析表明:含水率與孔隙比、天然密度與孔隙比、塑限與液限有較高相關(guān)性。2.依據(jù)軟土分布和工程特性,選擇了合適的地基處理方法,制定了軟基監(jiān)控方案,提出了軟基監(jiān)控內(nèi)容、監(jiān)控?cái)嗝、路基穩(wěn)定控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、卸載標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對路基穩(wěn)定判斷方法特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。3.分析了不同地基處理方案下軟土地基沉降、側(cè)向位移及沉降速率的變化規(guī)律。全路段地基沉降105-1206mm,沉降超過500mm的監(jiān)測斷面占41.7%,多數(shù)監(jiān)測斷面最大沉降速率小于20mm/d;側(cè)向位移為6.9-234mm,平均69.2mm,側(cè)向位移速率多數(shù)斷面小于5mm/d,最大位移發(fā)生在地表以下0.5-3.5m處,地基未出現(xiàn)滑塌失穩(wěn)現(xiàn)象,處理效果良好。4.依據(jù)江門-羅定高速公路軟土地基沉降規(guī)律,基于指數(shù)曲線法、雙曲線法及Asaoka預(yù)測方法,對公路軟土地基的沉降量進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,將預(yù)測結(jié)果與實(shí)測資料進(jìn)行了對比分析,結(jié)果表明,雙曲線法擬合相關(guān)性高,預(yù)測誤差小,為本高速公路軟土地基沉降預(yù)測較理想的預(yù)測方法,而Asaoka法,指數(shù)曲線法預(yù)測結(jié)果不理想,預(yù)測誤差較大。公路軟土路基沉降預(yù)測實(shí)現(xiàn)了對軟基處理方案的模糊推理評判,彌補(bǔ)了公路軟基處理方案主要依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)確定的不足,提高了相關(guān)決策的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Soft soil is widely distributed in Guangdong coastal areas or intermountain basins. Although their genetic types, structures and morphological characteristics are different, they all have the characteristics of high moisture content, high compressibility, low strength and poor permeability. Along with the expressway extending to the mountainous area, restricted by the geological and topographic conditions, the high fill embankment generally exists, and the soft soil distributed in the gully and valley zone between the mountains directly affects the stability of the high fill embankment, so the foundation treatment is very necessary. Soft soil foundation treatment is a complex system engineering, and there are many influencing factors. In the process of foundation treatment, the distribution and engineering characteristics of soft soil are grasped. The key to the study is to select suitable foundation treatment scheme and to dynamically monitor and forecast embankment settlement. Based on the key technology of soft soil foundation treatment of highway in mountainous area of Guangdong province, the deformation law and settlement prediction of soft soil foundation of Guangdong mountain expressway are discussed by adopting the scheme of surcharge preloading and plastic drainage board treatment. Through field test and theoretical analysis, the following research results are obtained: 1. 1. The genetic types and distribution characteristics of soft soil in Guangdong mountainous area are analyzed. The physical and mechanical parameters of soft soil are analyzed by mathematical statistics. The results show that water content and porosity ratio, natural density and porosity ratio, plastic limit and liquid limit have a high correlation. According to the distribution of soft soil and engineering characteristics, the suitable foundation treatment method is selected, and the monitoring scheme of soft foundation is established. The contents of soft foundation monitoring, monitoring section, roadbed stability control standard and unloading standard are put forward. The characteristics of the method for judging subgrade stability are analyzed. The variation rules of settlement, lateral displacement and settlement rate of soft soil foundation under different treatment schemes are analyzed. The subgrade settlement of the whole section is 105-1206mm, the monitoring section with settlement exceeding 500mm accounts for 41.7mm, the maximum settlement rate of most monitoring sections is less than 20mm / d, the lateral displacement is 6.9-234mm, the average is 69.2 mm, and the lateral displacement rate is mostly less than 5mm / d, the maximum displacement occurs at 0.5-3.5m below the ground surface. There is no collapse and instability phenomenon in the foundation, and the treatment effect is good. 4. According to the settlement law of soft soil foundation of Jiangmen-Luoding Expressway, based on exponential curve method, hyperbolic method and Asaoka method, the settlement of soft soil foundation of highway is forecasted, and the result is compared with the measured data. The results show that the hyperbolic method is an ideal method for predicting the settlement of soft soil foundation in this expressway, but the prediction results of Asaoka method and exponential curve method are not ideal and the prediction error is large. The prediction of roadbed settlement of highway soft soil realizes the fuzzy reasoning judgment of soft foundation treatment scheme, which makes up the deficiency that highway soft foundation treatment scheme mainly depends on experience, and improves the reliability of relevant decision.
