高速公路安全設(shè)施適用性評(píng)價(jià)及優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng),各類基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,其中作為交通運(yùn)行基礎(chǔ)的公路設(shè)施更是廣泛的開展建設(shè),這些不斷出現(xiàn)的高速公路為人民的交通出行、地區(qū)間的經(jīng)濟(jì)往來、社會(huì)資源的共享提供了一條安全、舒適、高效、快捷的通道。交通安全設(shè)施主要包括標(biāo)志標(biāo)線、護(hù)欄、視線誘導(dǎo)設(shè)施及信息管理設(shè)備等,是高速公路安全運(yùn)營(yíng)的的硬件保障。高速公路受地質(zhì)地形等原因的制約,行車安全具有較大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性,因此需特別重視交通安全設(shè)施的適用性。為了能夠有效的發(fā)揮高速公路的功能,保障高速公路的交通安全,保護(hù)高速公路使用者的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,需要對(duì)道路的安全設(shè)施進(jìn)行重視和優(yōu)化。在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研及查閱大量參考資料的基礎(chǔ)上采用歸納法、演繹法、數(shù)值仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)等方法,從人員、車輛、道路、環(huán)境等方面分析了青海省高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)期間交通事故的特征及產(chǎn)生交通事故的原因,并分析安全設(shè)施的適用性應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)研究了交通安全設(shè)施與交通安全事故之間的相互關(guān)系。在確定道路設(shè)施安全性影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,通過逐一層次分解分析法對(duì)西北某高速公路交通安全狀況及安全設(shè)施適用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而建立高速公路安全設(shè)施適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。以西北地區(qū)青海省高速公路為例,分析該省高速公路路段交通事故產(chǎn)生特點(diǎn)及原因及其差異性,因而對(duì)不同安全設(shè)施的適用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并提出交通安全設(shè)施改善與保障技術(shù)研究。研發(fā)了一直實(shí)用新型的柔性橋梁緩沖消能型的防撞裝置,對(duì)保障橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)、行車安全與舒適性均有較大的改善。并具體到青海省茶格高速公路安全設(shè)施存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化措施,以提供該高速公路的運(yùn)營(yíng)安全性。研究結(jié)論對(duì)面向高速公路交通安全運(yùn)營(yíng)的交通設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)、管理、維護(hù)與改造提供理論依據(jù),對(duì)延長(zhǎng)高速公路使用壽命、加強(qiáng)山區(qū)高速公路運(yùn)行安全、減少事故發(fā)生等都具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing social and economic strength of our country, various kinds of infrastructure have been greatly developed, among which the highway facilities, which are the basis of traffic operation, have been widely built. Regional economic exchanges and social resource sharing provide a safe, comfortable, efficient and fast channel. Traffic safety facilities mainly include marking, guardrail, line of sight guidance facilities and information management equipment, which is the hardware guarantee of highway safety operation. The highway is restricted by geological terrain and other reasons, so the traffic safety has great risk, so it is necessary to pay special attention to the applicability of traffic safety facilities. In order to give full play to the function of expressway, ensure the traffic safety of expressway and protect the safety of life and property of expressway users, it is necessary to pay attention to and optimize the road safety facilities. On the basis of on-the-spot investigation and consulting a large number of reference materials, induction, deductive method, numerical simulation experiment and other methods are adopted, from personnel, vehicles, roads, etc. This paper analyzes the characteristics of traffic accidents and the causes of traffic accidents during the operation of Qinghai Expressway from the aspects of environment, and analyzes the current situation of the applicability of safety facilities. The relationship between traffic safety facilities and traffic safety accidents is systematically studied. On the basis of determining the factors affecting the safety of road facilities, the traffic safety situation and the applicability of safety facilities of a highway in Northwest China are evaluated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) one by one. Thus, the evaluation index system of highway safety facilities adaptability is established. Taking Qinghai Expressway in Northwest China as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics, causes and differences of traffic accidents on highway sections in this province, so the applicability of different safety facilities is evaluated. And put forward the traffic safety facilities improvement and safeguard technology research. A new anti-collision device of flexible bridge with cushioning and energy dissipation has been developed, which can greatly improve the safety and comfort of the bridge. In order to provide the operational safety of Cha GE Expressway in Qinghai Province, the corresponding optimization measures are put forward. The conclusion provides the theoretical basis for the design, management, maintenance and reconstruction of traffic facilities for expressway traffic safety operation, which can prolong the service life of freeway and strengthen the safety of expressway operation in mountainous area. It is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
