【摘要】：海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)是由陸上集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)、港口、船舶及船公司、航線等與海運(yùn)相關(guān)要素構(gòu)成的有機(jī)整體。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化,海運(yùn)發(fā)展的速度越來(lái)越快,其在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位也越來(lái)越高,因而逐漸成為專家學(xué)者們關(guān)注和研究的熱點(diǎn)。以往研究主要應(yīng)用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,關(guān)注海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)成、結(jié)構(gòu)、特征以及演化規(guī)律等。這些研究對(duì)于我們深入理解海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)及演化規(guī)律提供了很大幫助,但在今天海運(yùn)快速發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,海運(yùn)企業(yè)之間既合作又競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,以及世界經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治的發(fā)展等無(wú)不使海運(yùn)發(fā)展在宏觀上涌現(xiàn)出更為復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)演化行為,演化過(guò)程呈現(xiàn)出非線性、不確定性、自組織性、自適應(yīng)性等復(fù)雜性特征。因此,為了深入探討海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)演化過(guò)程中凸顯的特征以及系統(tǒng)演化的深層次動(dòng)因,了解海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),需要從整體的角度出發(fā),系統(tǒng)的看待和分析海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的演化過(guò)程。復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論(CAS理論)中所提出的新進(jìn)化論觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為系統(tǒng)中主體間以及主體與環(huán)境間的相互作用是系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化的根本動(dòng)因。本文應(yīng)用CAS理論,研究海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的演化過(guò)程,分析影響海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展、演化過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵影響因素,為指導(dǎo)我國(guó)海運(yùn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升我國(guó)海運(yùn)實(shí)力提供參考。本文主要內(nèi)容包括：(1)概述了復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論,重點(diǎn)闡述了回聲模型理論的基本原理及建模過(guò)程。(2)界定海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的概念,分析了海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的基本特征。根據(jù)復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)理論的七個(gè)基本特征,探討了海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性。分析表明海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)是一類典型的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)系統(tǒng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了海運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性概念模型。(3)通過(guò)構(gòu)建軸輻式集裝箱海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的回聲模型,對(duì)集裝箱海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化過(guò)程中港口主體間以及主體與環(huán)境間的作用過(guò)程,港口主體自身的自適應(yīng)過(guò)程等,通過(guò)主體節(jié)點(diǎn)度、介數(shù)等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡釋,使得對(duì)軸輻式集裝箱海運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的復(fù)雜適應(yīng)性演化過(guò)程的認(rèn)識(shí)更加清晰,明確了演化過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵影響因素。
[Abstract]:Marine transportation system is an organic whole composed of onshore transportation system, port, ship and shipping company, shipping route and so on. With the globalization of economy, the development of maritime transport is becoming more and more rapid, and its position in the global economy is becoming more and more high, so it has gradually become a hot spot for experts and scholars to pay attention to and study. In the past, the theory of complex network has been applied to study the structure, characteristics and evolution of marine network. These studies have provided us with great help in understanding the network structure and evolution of maritime transport. However, in today's rapid development of maritime transport, the complex relationship of cooperation and competition among shipping enterprises, as well as the world economy, The development of politics makes the development of marine transportation appear more complex dynamic evolution behavior on the macro level, and the evolution process presents the characteristics of nonlinearity, uncertainty, self-organization, self-adaptation and so on. Therefore, in order to deeply explore the characteristics of marine transportation system evolution and the deep-level drivers of the system evolution, and to understand the future development trend of maritime transportation system, we need to proceed from the overall perspective. A systematic view and analysis of the evolution of the shipping system. The new evolutionary theory proposed in complex adaptive system theory (CAS) holds that the interaction between agents and environment is the fundamental reason for the evolution of the system. This paper applies CAS theory to study the evolution process of marine transportation system, analyzes the key factors that affect the development and evolution of maritime transportation system, and provides a reference for guiding the development of China's shipping industry and promoting the strength of China's shipping industry. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the complex adaptive system theory is summarized, and the basic principle of echo model theory and modeling process. According to the seven basic characteristics of complex adaptive system theory, the complex adaptability of marine transportation system is discussed. The analysis shows that the maritime transportation system is a typical complex adaptive system, and on this basis, the complex adaptive conceptual model of maritime transportation system is constructed, and the echo model of the axis-spoke container shipping network is constructed. In the evolution of container shipping network, the process of interaction between the main body of the port and between the main body and the environment, the adaptive process of the main body of the port and so on, are explained in detail through the index of node degree and medium number of the main body, and so on. It makes the understanding of the complex adaptive evolution process of the axis-spoke container shipping network clearer and the key factors in the evolution process clear.
