基于使用性能的瀝青路面加鋪層多目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)以恢復(fù)路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和使用性能為主要目標(biāo)。本文對(duì)瀝青路面加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究主要從路面使用性能衰變規(guī)律出發(fā),對(duì)加鋪層厚度、結(jié)構(gòu)和材料進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),以期路面在整個(gè)使用壽命期內(nèi)都能滿足性能服務(wù)要求。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)季節(jié)性冰凍地區(qū)多條高速公路的調(diào)查,確定了瀝青路面加鋪層的主要病害是路面車轍和橫向裂縫,并且分析了病害產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理及其影響因素;根據(jù)路面使用性能要求建立性能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并且通過(guò)分析京哈高速公路歷年的路面性能數(shù)據(jù)建立了路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)PSSI、路面車轍深度指數(shù)RDI、路面行駛質(zhì)量指數(shù)RQI、路面抗滑性能指數(shù)SRI和路面橫向裂縫指數(shù)CI五項(xiàng)指標(biāo)分別在不同交通荷載、路面結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)境因素等組合作用下的衰減模型;借助AASHTO路面結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)和我國(guó)路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度系數(shù)的概念建立了舊路有效結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)計(jì)算模型,并且通過(guò)分析結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)對(duì)路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度衰減的影響,建立了不同交通荷載等級(jí)對(duì)應(yīng)下基于路面結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)的路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度綜合衰減模型;通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)年限內(nèi)累計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載作用次數(shù)的計(jì)算,并分析相應(yīng)交通壓力下路面車轍深度的發(fā)展規(guī)律,建立了基于累計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸次的路面車轍深度綜合發(fā)展模型;通過(guò)對(duì)東北三省多條高速公路路面橫向裂縫的實(shí)測(cè)調(diào)查,建立了基于瀝青面層低溫開裂和半剛性基層反射裂縫的路面橫向開裂預(yù)估模型;在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外已有加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于使用性能的瀝青路面多目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方法,并確定了性能設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)以及加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);通過(guò)沈山高速公路實(shí)際工程案例,分析比較了應(yīng)用本文加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)方法與《公路瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG D50-2014總校稿)、AASHTO等方法的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了本文方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:The main aim of asphalt pavement overlay design is to restore the strength and performance of pavement structure. In this paper, the design method of asphalt pavement overlay is studied, based on the law of pavement performance decay, the overlay thickness, structure and material are designed so that the pavement can meet the requirements of performance service in the whole service life. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects. Through the investigation of many freeways in the seasonal frozen area of China, the main diseases of asphalt pavement overlay are identified as rutting and transverse cracks, and the mechanism of the disease and its influencing factors are analyzed. According to the requirements of pavement performance, a performance evaluation index system is established. By analyzing the pavement performance data of Beijing-Harbin Expressway over the years, the pavement structural strength index (PSSI), pavement rutting depth index (RDI), pavement quality index (RQI), pavement skid resistance index (SRI) and pavement transverse crack index (CI) were established. The five indicators are used in different traffic loads, Based on the concept of AASHTO pavement structure and the strength coefficient of pavement structure in China, the effective structure number calculation model of the old road is established. By analyzing the influence of the number of structures on the strength attenuation of pavement structure, a comprehensive attenuation model of pavement strength based on the number of pavement structures under different traffic load grades is established. Through the calculation of the accumulative standard axle load action times in the design years and the analysis of the development law of the pavement rutting depth under the corresponding traffic pressure, the comprehensive development model of the pavement rutting depth based on the accumulative standard axle number is established. Based on the investigation of pavement transverse cracks in three provinces of Northeast China, a prediction model of pavement transverse cracking based on asphalt surface cracking at low temperature and reflection cracks at semi-rigid base is established. Based on the analysis of the existing overlay design methods at home and abroad, the multi-objective design method of asphalt pavement based on performance is put forward, and the performance design index and overlay design parameters are determined. This paper analyzes and compares the design results of the overlay design method and JTG D50-2014 general draft and AASHTO method, and verifies the rationality of this method.
