【摘要】：近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛伴隨著交通行業(yè)的發(fā)展,國家越來越重視基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),在路橋隧方面投入了大量資金。隧道作為我國交通大動(dòng)脈中重要的一環(huán)同樣也得到廣泛的重視,其方便快捷,節(jié)約時(shí)間成本,環(huán)境破壞小,因此隧道扮演著越來越重要的角色。隨著近些年中國高速公路的快速發(fā)展,小凈距隧道已經(jīng)成為高速公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)中常采用的一種形式,由于兩隧道凈距小,隧道結(jié)構(gòu)及周邊圍巖受力情況較復(fù)雜,因此有必要對小凈距隧道從勘察、設(shè)計(jì)、施工等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。本文依托古牛坡隧道工程地質(zhì)及概況,圍巖級別分別為Ⅲ、Ⅳ級,屬于較好的圍巖。根據(jù)工程提供的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料,進(jìn)行了調(diào)查、理論研究和相關(guān)計(jì)算,具體成果如下:(1)根據(jù)數(shù)值分析計(jì)算理論,對地下結(jié)構(gòu)工程的爆破振動(dòng)建立了運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,對爆破動(dòng)力數(shù)值模擬基本理論進(jìn)行了分析。(2)利用有限元軟件ANSYS建立有限元模型,當(dāng)圍巖級別為Ⅲ級圍巖時(shí),左洞采用上、下臺(tái)階開挖法,右洞采用全斷面開挖法。當(dāng)圍巖級別為Ⅳ級圍巖時(shí),左洞采用CD法,右洞采用上下臺(tái)階法。得到了不同圍巖不同開挖方法下圍巖和隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并比較得出了兩種不同圍巖兩種不同施工方法的位移及應(yīng)力值。(3)運(yùn)用瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力學(xué)的基本理論,建立了三維數(shù)值模型,利用ANSYS軟件分析新建隧道爆破施工對先建隧道襯砌的影響,從振動(dòng)速度,位移場進(jìn)行分析。(4)根據(jù)有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果以及監(jiān)控量測得到的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù),對比兩者間的差異,并進(jìn)行分析,通過與現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)的比較,驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬方法的準(zhǔn)確性。(5)對小凈距隧道不同圍巖采用不同的施工方法進(jìn)行模擬,開挖方法可行,新建隧道爆破施工對已建隧道爆破振速在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi),對以后類似工程具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of the transportation industry, the country pays more and more attention to the infrastructure construction, and has invested a lot of funds in the road, bridge and tunnel. Tunnel, as an important part of traffic artery in our country, has also been paid more and more attention. It is convenient and fast, saves time and cost, and has little environmental damage. Therefore, tunnel plays a more and more important role. With the rapid development of expressway in China in recent years, small clear distance tunnel has become a common form of highway tunnel structure. Because of the small clearance between two tunnels, the structure of tunnel and surrounding rock are more complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to study the investigation, design and construction of small distance tunnel.
