長(zhǎng)梁高速公路瀝青混凝土路面大修技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展以及高速公路建設(shè)期的逐漸緩慢,我國(guó)汽車保有量穩(wěn)步增加,且重載交通呈現(xiàn)越來(lái)越高的趨勢(shì),給已建成高速公路帶來(lái)巨大壓力,高速公路瀝青路面不可避免地出現(xiàn)了各類病害。因此必須及時(shí)采取合理的措施,處理道路出現(xiàn)的各種病害,使道路保持較高的服務(wù)能力,在預(yù)處理達(dá)不到預(yù)期目標(biāo)時(shí),路面大修技術(shù)就顯得尤為重要。本文首先針對(duì)目前山區(qū)高速公路瀝青路面常見(jiàn)病害進(jìn)行了分類及調(diào)查,包括不同病害類型、氣候條件、交通調(diào)查,并分析了其病害原因;針對(duì)不同路面病害,研究根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外病害處治技術(shù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)籌,從裂縫、水損害、車轍、沉陷等病害出發(fā),提出了預(yù)防及相應(yīng)處治措施。其次,結(jié)合病害調(diào)查及路面處置技術(shù),研究以長(zhǎng)壽至太平段瀝青路面大修工程為依托,從路面大修設(shè)計(jì)總方案、路面加鋪方案、微表處方案、路面病害局部翻修設(shè)計(jì)、舊瀝青換合理再生利用、橋面防水粘結(jié)層、防反材料及過(guò)渡段設(shè)置等方面提出了長(zhǎng)壽至太平段瀝青路面改善方案。最后,進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)壽至太平段瀝青路面大修配合比試驗(yàn),從微表處、防水粘結(jié)層、玻璃纖維強(qiáng)封層、碎石及再生瀝青混合料提出了瀝青路面改善試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)指標(biāo),其中玻璃纖維強(qiáng)封層設(shè)計(jì)為本次大修設(shè)計(jì)方案的亮點(diǎn)及創(chuàng)新。通過(guò)本次研究提出的長(zhǎng)梁高速公路瀝青路面病害改善技術(shù)及大修方案,為高速公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)工作達(dá)到規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化和高效化的要求提供技術(shù)支撐,進(jìn)而有助于提高高速公路的使用性能和使用年限。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the gradual slow construction period of expressway, the number of vehicles in our country is increasing steadily, and the heavy haul traffic is becoming more and more high, which brings great pressure to the highway that has been built. Various kinds of diseases inevitably appear on the asphalt pavement of expressway. Therefore, it is necessary to take reasonable measures in time to deal with all kinds of road diseases, so that the road can maintain a high service capacity. When the pretreatment fails to reach the expected goal, the pavement overhaul technology is particularly important. In this paper, the common diseases of asphalt pavement in mountain expressway are classified and investigated, including different disease types, climate conditions, traffic investigation, and the causes of the disease. According to the treatment technology of diseases at home and abroad, the prevention and treatment measures are put forward from cracks, water damage, rutting, subsidence and other diseases. Secondly, combined with disease investigation and pavement disposal technology, this paper studies the design of pavement overhaul design, pavement overlay scheme, micro-surfacing scheme, local repair design of pavement disease, based on the major repair project of asphalt pavement in Longshou to Taiping section. The improvement scheme of asphalt pavement in long-life to Taiping section is put forward in the aspects of reasonable regeneration of old asphalt, waterproof and adhesive layer of bridge deck, anti-reaction material and setting of transition section. Finally, the proportion test of asphalt pavement overhauling from longevity to peace is carried out. From the micro-surface, waterproof adhesive layer, glass fiber strong sealing layer, crushed stone and recycled asphalt mixture, the improvement test design and technical index of asphalt pavement are put forward. One of the glass fiber strong seal design for this overhaul design plan bright spot and innovation. Through the improvement technology and overhaul scheme of asphalt pavement in Changliang Expressway, the technical support is provided for the standardization, scientific and high efficiency of highway asphalt pavement maintenance. Furthermore, it is helpful to improve the performance and service life of expressway.
