汶馬高速公路千枚巖板巖隧道瓦斯溢出機(jī)理及預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:瓦斯災(zāi)害是隧道建設(shè)重大危害之一,本文以汶川至馬爾康高速公路鷓鴣山隧道為主要研究對象,開展鷓鴣山隧道工程地質(zhì)條件的調(diào)查、相關(guān)資料的分析,對隧道內(nèi)瓦斯氣體形成、溢出機(jī)理、瓦斯預(yù)測、監(jiān)測防治等進(jìn)行較全面研究。瓦斯產(chǎn)生在炭質(zhì)千枚巖、板巖等烴源巖地層,賦存在倒轉(zhuǎn)背斜核部的構(gòu)造裂隙中,蓋層為千枚巖、板巖,鷓鴣山隧道定性為非伴煤瓦斯隧道。針對隧道構(gòu)造部位、圍巖完整性等,瓦斯?jié)舛扔忻黠@差異,即愈接近炭質(zhì)千枚巖地層,瓦斯?jié)舛扔?構(gòu)造活動愈強(qiáng)烈,巖體愈破碎,瓦斯?jié)舛纫嘤。千枚巖地層中,瓦斯涌出源具有壓力高、隨機(jī)分布、較穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)。非千枚巖地層瓦斯涌出主要以裂縫型游離瓦斯為主,特點(diǎn)是壓力低,流量小,分布不均,涌出具有隨機(jī)性。鷓鴣山隧道圍巖中瓦斯主要以游離態(tài)形式存在,賦存空間和運(yùn)移通道為節(jié)理裂隙和片理。應(yīng)用數(shù)值模擬軟件Fluent對瓦斯氣體在隧道空間中穩(wěn)態(tài)進(jìn)行了模擬從而得出瓦斯各組分氣體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)變化情況。工作面附近,進(jìn)風(fēng)一側(cè)瓦斯?jié)舛容^低,回風(fēng)一側(cè)的瓦斯?jié)舛认鄬^高,從產(chǎn)生的氣體分布質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)云圖可以看出,在瓦斯生成點(diǎn)的氣體質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)最大,隨著風(fēng)速的流動瓦斯逐漸向隧道的出口流動,最后穩(wěn)定分布,氣體壓力分布呈現(xiàn)明顯的渦流狀態(tài)。本文提出了千枚巖板巖隧道瓦斯初判條件:含炭質(zhì)千枚巖,高地應(yīng)力,埋深800米以上,倒轉(zhuǎn)背斜倒轉(zhuǎn)翼。根據(jù)這些條件預(yù)測,前方1000范圍及出口段平導(dǎo)出現(xiàn)瓦斯隧道的可能性大,建議將通風(fēng)排煙井改在隧道進(jìn)口段。
[Abstract]:Gas disaster is one of the major hazards of tunnel construction. This paper takes the Wenchuan to Barkam expressway as the main research object, carries out the investigation of the geological conditions of the partridge mountain tunnel, analyses the related data, and makes a comprehensive study of gas gas formation, spillover mechanism, gas prediction and monitoring prevention and control in the tunnel. In the carbonaceous phyllite, slate and other hydrocarbon source rocks, there are structural fissures in the core of reverse anticline. The cover is phyllite, slate and zhegshan tunnel is a non associated coal gas tunnel. In view of the structural parts of the tunnel and the integrity of the surrounding rock, the gas concentration is obviously different, that is, the closer to the carbonaceous phyllite, the higher the gas concentration is, the higher the gas concentration and the tectonic activity. The more strong, the more fractured rock mass, the higher the gas concentration. In the phyllite strata, the gas emission source has high pressure, random distribution, and more stable characteristics. The gas emission from the non phyllite is mainly fractured free gas, characterized by low pressure, small flow, uneven distribution and random emission. The main gas in the surrounding rock of the Zungu mountain tunnel is the main gas. In the form of free state, the occurrence space and the migration channel are joint fissure and cleavage. The gas gas in the tunnel space is simulated by the numerical simulation software Fluent and the gas mass fraction of each component is changed. The gas concentration in the air side is relatively low and the gas concentration in the air back side is relative near the working face. From the mass fraction of gas distribution, the gas mass fraction can be seen that the gas mass fraction of the gas generating point is the largest. With the flow of gas flow to the tunnel exit, the gas pressure distribution shows a clear eddy state. In accordance with these conditions, it is predicted that the possibility of a gas tunnel in the 1000 range and the exit section in the exit section is great, and it is suggested to change the ventilation and exhaust wells in the tunnel entrance section.
