一種提高管片隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)抗內(nèi)爆炸性能的工程措施研究

【摘要】:地鐵等城市隧道是恐怖爆炸襲擊的主要目標(biāo)之一。盾構(gòu)管片隧道由不同類型的預(yù)制混凝土管片通過(guò)接頭處的緊固螺栓拼裝而成的。由于接頭的存在,與整體式襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)相比,其整體剛度和承載水平比較弱,變形和破壞機(jī)理與整體式襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)不同?紤]內(nèi)爆炸的恐怖襲擊條件,目前關(guān)于管片隧道襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)抗內(nèi)爆炸的研究成果很少。從分析全尺寸管片內(nèi)爆炸試驗(yàn)結(jié)果入手,分析了內(nèi)爆炸荷載作用下管片襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)變形和破壞規(guī)律,梳理出控制襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)破壞的關(guān)鍵因素和關(guān)鍵位置,提出一種在接頭螺栓處添加柔性墊圈來(lái)降低與螺栓接觸區(qū)域管片的破壞程度的方法,以期達(dá)到優(yōu)化襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)抗內(nèi)爆炸性能的目的。最后采用數(shù)值模擬方法,對(duì)所提出了抗爆減爆工程措施進(jìn)行了分析研究。結(jié)果表明,該方法可以有效減小管環(huán)在接頭處的局部破壞,提高管片襯砌的抗內(nèi)爆炸性能。
[Abstract]:Urban tunnels such as subways are one of the main targets of terrorist bombings. The shield tunnel consists of different types of precast concrete segments assembled through fastening bolts at the joint. Due to the existence of joints, the overall stiffness and bearing level of the whole structure are weak compared with the integral lining structure, and the deformation and failure mechanism are different from the integral lining structure. Considering the terrorist attack condition of internal explosion, there are few researches on the resistance of segment tunnel lining structure to internal explosion. Based on the analysis of the results of the full-scale in-plate explosion test, the deformation and failure rules of the lining structure under the action of the internal explosion load are analyzed, and the key factors and the key positions to control the failure of the lining structure are sorted out. A method of adding flexible washer to joint bolts to reduce the failure degree of segments in contact with bolts is proposed in order to optimize the performance of lining structure against internal explosion. Finally, numerical simulation method is used to analyze and study the anti-explosion and anti-explosion engineering measures. The results show that the method can effectively reduce the local failure of the pipe ring at the joint and improve the internal explosion resistance of the segment lining.
