考慮自重扭矩和剪切變形影響的曲線梁橋的受力分析

【摘要】:彎橋在空間上受力復(fù)雜,其箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)在受到荷載作用時(shí),將會(huì)同時(shí)產(chǎn)生彎矩和扭矩,并且之間相互影響,該效應(yīng)成為彎——扭耦合效應(yīng)。本文在總結(jié)前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)曲線梁橋自重扭矩對(duì)支座脫空的影響以及考慮剪切變形時(shí)曲線箱梁的受力計(jì)算進(jìn)行分析研究。本文首先分別對(duì)曲線梁橋箱梁截面按整體和沿中軸線分割成內(nèi)弧部分及外弧部分兩種形式時(shí)進(jìn)行自重扭矩的計(jì)算,得到彎梁在自重扭矩作用下內(nèi)、外支座產(chǎn)生的反力,判斷支座是否脫空,并且與有限元模型對(duì)比得出兩種截面形式下計(jì)算的最優(yōu)值。其次,在原有彎梁的計(jì)算理論上考慮剪切變形的影響,推導(dǎo)出曲線梁橋在考慮剪切變形時(shí)內(nèi)力和反力的計(jì)算公式。最后,通過對(duì)一個(gè)產(chǎn)生支座脫空的工程實(shí)例的成橋荷載試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,給出若干建議,對(duì)現(xiàn)行的設(shè)計(jì)具有理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The bending bridge is subjected to complex force in space. When the box girder structure is subjected to the load, the bending moment and torque will be produced simultaneously, and the interaction between the bending and torsional moment will occur. This effect is called the bending-torsional coupling effect. In this paper, based on the previous studies, the influence of deadweight torque on support void of curved girder bridge and the force calculation of curved box girder considering shear deformation are analyzed and studied. In this paper, the dead weight torque of box girder section of curved girder bridge is calculated when the section of box girder is divided into internal arc part and outer arc part according to the whole and along the central axis, and the reaction force generated by the external support of the curved beam under the action of self-weight torque is obtained. To determine whether the support is empty or not, and to compare with the finite element model to obtain the optimum value of the two cross section forms. Secondly, considering the influence of shear deformation on the calculation of the original curved beam, the formulas for calculating the internal force and reaction force of the curved beam bridge considering shear deformation are derived. Finally, through the analysis of the bridge load test of an engineering example that produces the pedestal void, some suggestions are given, which is of theoretical significance to the current design.
